A Message From the
Pastor and First Lady
To Our beloved Brothers & Sisters in Christ:
We welcome you in the joy and gladness
of Jesus to this, our First Annual Women‟s
Conference Retreat. The next few days will be
filled with praise, preaching and empowerment, as we
come together on one accord, to learn about God, seek His holy
manifestation, and yield to His will for our lives. It is our prayer that you
will enter into the presence of God over the next several days, so that you may move
forward as “Women With Holy Ghost Power – Consecrated, Committed, and Purposed
in the 21st Century.” (Acts 20:32, Proverbs 16:3 and Ephesians 3:20)
God has honored the prayers, fasting and faithfulness of the women of this community,
brothers and sisters in Christ, and partners in the ministry from all across the nation.
This neophyte year, we are hoping to be blessed with over 500 sisters and some brothers
from across the nation and a host of anointed facilitators who are vessels of God.
We ask that you diligently seek God this weekend. This is our Holy Ghost get-away – a
time for us to bask in the fullness of God‟s presence. Through spiritual seminars,
morning and evening worship services, education and mentorship, and a 24-hour prayer
room, we have been equipped with the tools to move toward the level of commitment
and consecration God is purposing us to. We are charged to unite this community
through Love, Unity, Fellowship, and Compassion to our brothers and sisters in Christ
Jesus!
It is our prayer that when you depart this mountaintop, you will forever recall the
sisterhood, ponder the teachings, remember the friendships and the power that moved so
freely in this place that you will return to your homes, house of worship, workplaces,
and communities, renewed, refreshed and restored – in Jesus‟ name.
Your Servants in Christ,
Pastor Marcus Dixon, Senior Pastor
Minister Linda M. Dixon, First Lady
Pastor Annmarie McQueen
walks with God. She is an anointed teacher and preacher
of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. She holds a Doctor of
Theology degree in Christian Education and is the
founder of McQueen Universal Ministries, the Making A
Difference Conferences as well as the Making A Difference
Institute. Annmarie has been ministering the Word of
God as the Spirit gives utterance for 20 years and is the
author of a number of books, which are available in the
English and German languages and soon to be Spanish and
French. Pastor & Dr. Annmarie is a woman of prayer
whom God has called to the Kingdom for such a time as
this.
She has traveled throughout Europe, the United States, and Africa, preaching the
Word of God and teaching His truth. The Lord has called her to cross-cultural,
educational, economical, and denominational lines. As she marches through kingdoms,
she is able to pull down strongholds at every level. Her ability to set order, organize,
bring peace, and spread love to ministries can only be God-breathed.
As Annmarie has continued to walk with God, she has lighted upon God‟s plan for her
life. It is summed up in these words… "The Spirit of the Lord is upon her; for He has
anointed her to preach the Gospel (Good News) to the poor, He has sent her to heal the
broken-hearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, recovering of sight to the blind,
and to set at liberty them that are bruised, and to preach the acceptable year of the
LORD."
Annmarie‟s love for Jesus is evident. She claims to know nothing but Jesus Christ and
Him crucified. Her desire is to continue to die to herself and allow the Lord to be
magnified and glorified through her. She is not her own. She has been bought with a
price. She and her husband of 30 years, Elder Michael C. McQueen, who now pastor
of Center of Faith, Frankfurt, Germany, have three wonderful children Michelle,
Michael Jr, and Miguel..
Reverend Sandra
shares the sentiments of her life journey as the Apostle Paul
“But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace to me
was not without effect…(1Cor. 15:10). ”She is faithfully
serving in her second career “calling‟ as an ordained Itinerant
Elder in the African Methodist Episcopal Church. She was
appointed to Pastor the People‟s A.M.E. Church in Chelsea
MA during the 156th Session of the New England Annual
Conference in 2007. She graduated from Gordon Conwell
Theological Seminary where she earned both a Master of
Divinity degree and a Master of Arts degree in Counseling in
2004. She is a military veteran, preacher, teacher, author, and
marriage and family pastoral counselor.
Reverend Whitley was born in Montgomery AL, the eldest daughter of five. Her father was military
so the family had the experience of living in many different parts of the world. She graduated from
George Washington Carver High School and Alabama State University with a Bachelor of Science
degree in Business Administration. She was also commissioned a Second Lieutenant through the Air
Force ROTC program in 1977. Reverend Whitley served our country for 22 dedicated years travelling
to and serving in places like Texas, Japan, California, Colorado, Ohio, Washington D.C., including
Massachusetts where she retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in 1999. She had a successful Air Force
contracting career with varied responsibilities in the acquisition and management of government
contracts with private industry. She served as a Chief or Director of Contracting, a master
instructor, a Department of Defense staff officer and policy- writer at the Pentagon and on special
duty as Chief, Operations on the Armed Forces Inaugural Committee in support of the 53 rd
Presidential Inauguration. While on active duty, she earned her Masters Degree from Webster
University in Business Management. She received numerous military awards and decorations,
having also considered her career a dual calling as a military member and a missionary fulfilling
God‟s “Great Commission.”
She is happily married to her friend and God-sent mate from Philadelphia PA, Reverend Kenneth L.
Whitley. He also served in the U.S. Air Force for 26 years as a navigator and acquisition program
manager. Together they share the love of travel, photography, people, and spoiling their nieces,
nephews and god-children. They are now serving in team ministry together. She is a life member of
Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, the Air Force Association, a charter member of the Women in Military
Service for America and former board member of the American Red Cross Merrimack Valley Chapter.
She was appointed by Massachusetts Governor to serve as a member of the Governor‟s Advisory
Committee on Women Veterans in 2005. She has published several articles, including a chapter in
the book “Global Voices on Biblical Equality: Women and Men Serving Together in the Church.”.
She loves the Lord and attests to the revelation of the Apostle John “…He testifies to what he has
seen and heard, but no one accepts his testimony. The man who has accepted it has certified that God
is truthful. For the one whom God has sent speaks the words of God, for God gives the Spirit
without limit (John 3:32-33).”

She has been an intricate part of various ministries in Mississippi, Texas and Georgia preaching a lifechanging gospel to all that will give an ear to hear. She has been in ministry for over thirteen years
during which time she has enjoyed spreading the joy of salvation and encouraging men and women to
obtain the serenity of wholeness in Christ.

allows her to be used in the kingdom mightily. Her administrative and organizational skills are
exceptional as she flows in the spirit of excellence. She proclaims that one of her greatest goals in life
is to live a life that the Father is most pleased with. Most importantly, Pastor Gloria is a woman who
fears God and demonstrates her walk with Christ by living the Word and a genuine love for His
people.
Pastor
LaRhonda
Taylor
Youth Pastor LaRhonda Taylor was raised in the church thanks to values instilled in her by her parents
Doris and Reginald Taylor. Her childhood church, Riceville Mount Olive Baptist Church served as the
foundation she needed to build her identity in Christ. Under the guidance of the Shepard, Pastor Joe D.
Johnson along with spiritual mentors like Sis. Alvis Carter, Sis. Esther Ransom, and Reverend Kevin Burns
Sr., Riceville helped impart kingdom values in her life at an early age.
She has always been enthusiastic about God‟s work. Growing up she enjoyed youth activities like Sunday
school, Children‟s Church, Vacation Bible School, church plays and choir. Thoroughly equipped with hymns
and scriptures „Pastor Rhonda‟ accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior at an early age. Now as an adult, she
hopes to help the youth at Westside Spiritual Fellowship and abroad experience the fullness of Christ. She
wants to pour into the youth what was poured into her as a child. Creating a fun and friendly environment
that is based on biblical principles. Her pastor, Prophet Darius D. Robertson, senior pastor of Westside
Spiritual Fellowship has charged her with the duty of staying in constant prayer for all the youth of
Westside; pulling out various talents and gifts that might be laying doormat in the lives of the youth; so they
can reach their full potential according to the will and purpose of our Heavenly Father; being a fisher-of-men
by spreading the gospel and making disciples.
Youth Pastor Rhonda‟s life purpose is to boldly speak the gospel with the authority given to her by God. Her
mission is to reach people through her display of kindness, friendship, generosity, genuineness, humor and
love. She wants to lead by example in hopes that someone will look at her life and know what it means to be
a true-Christian. Her goal is to be a living testimony of God‟s goodness, grace and His mercy. She plans on
reaching the lost by being completely transparent and open. She leans on Matthew 5:8 “Blessed are the pure
in heart, for they will see God.” and that‟s what she has to offers God‟s people a pure heart. Above all,
Pastor LaRhonda Taylor is committed to being Real, Raw, and Radical. Real in her prayers, raw in the word,
and radical in her praise!

Seminar Speakers
Pastor
Chauncey
Craig
Pastor Chauncy D. Craig was born Dec 02 1968, the third of four siblings to Calvin & Ann Craig of Cocoa, FL.
His mother is a Pastor and deeply-rooted woman of God who kept her children in church with her. At an early age
Pastor Craig told his mother that God had put him on this earth for a special purpose. Not understanding the call
on his life, he spent the latter of his youth from school to school, juvenile confinement, and finally jail being tried as
an adult, all before the age of seventeen. His senior year he studied hard at school during the day and attended
night school to graduate from Melbourne High School Class of “1986”.
He joined the Army in October of 1986 and was married on May 14 1988 to the former Jacqueline March and they
have two boy‟s Quintin (26) and Quran (19). During his continued life of mischief and deceit he recalls in October
of 1997 everything around him being seemingly perfect…career, finances, street life etc., sitting in his apartment he
appealed to God that his current lifestyle was not a life at all and that there had to be more. He pleaded with God
that if he could do something with him, that He‟s a bad somebody and challenged the Lord to fix him! God replayed
his life allowing him to see when His grace and mercy stepped in, even the prophetic words that were spoken right
down to the call. Soon, he started to attend church regularly and a year later (OCT 98) he experienced an
awakening of his Spirit during a Hallelujah party that was intended for children. He immediately transitioned
from being religious to having a personal relationship with God and took root in the Word as his New Life begun to
be revealed to him.
He takes refuge in knowing that “if any man be in Christ he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold,
all things are become new” (II COR 5:17). He has served around the world in several positions in ministry as well
as denominational affiliations from the parking lot to Pastor but simply considers himself a lover of Christ, servant
and a brother. Currently, he is the founder and Senior Pastor of Discipling Ministries Incorporated that was
formed in March of 2010. Pastor Craig‟s declaration is that he‟s “not concerned about a building but THE
BUILDING OF A PEOPLE”
Palmist
Deon
MaChell
Born in Milwaukee, Wisc, Attorney Deon MaChell Green, also known as Deon
MaChell, started singing at the age of two. Accompanying her God-given gift of
song, was also an inspiration to write poetry at the age of 9 and full songs by the
age of 12. At the age of 13, she become a member of a local group, Dance Society,
where she and the other three members danced, MC‟d, and sang their way to a
recording contract with a local record company. At approximately the same time,
Deon‟s Mother, Ms. Valli Green, encouraged her daughter to become a member of
their church choir and that was when she realized she could marry her love of
singing with her love for the Lord.
A natural tenor with a range that allows her to sing high alto, Deon MaChell has
a soulfully infectious voice that you would be hard pressed to compare to any other
artist. Her innovative style, influenced by jazz, R&B, the Motown sound and
other genres of music, is distinctly unique and unquestionably gospel. Deon sings
each song as if it were going to be her last or, more appropriately, as if she has an
audience of the Lord himself. With her passionate delivery and earthy tone, this
mid-west native is more than ready.
Born on 22 April 1997, Jekalyn is a profound speaker and
singer that has touched thousands at such a young age.
Her passion for singing began at the early age of five.
Her parents recognized that Jekalyn was very gifted for
her age. Jekalyn‟s gift of singing started out in just local
venues, but it was the beginning of her constantly
expanding territory. Her aspiration for singing and
inspiring others grew deeper, by the age of nine, she was
already appearing on platforms with people
like Myron Butler, Micah Stampley, Shirley Caesar, Marvin Sapp, Vanessa Bell Armstrong and many
others. Jekalyn „s ministry has such an effect on people, to the fact Pastor Donnie McClurkin called her
on stage and prophesied to her that she would travel around the world and it will be soon. Benny Hinn
called her to the platform and acknowledged her God‟s chosen to help lead and inspire many. Jekalyn also
appeared on Rejoice in the Word on the Word Network. Jekalyn‟s video called “Promise” was featured on
Bet‟s Video Gospel. Her gift of speaking has open doors at conferences where she was the featured speaker
along with Marvin Sapp, Jamal Bryant, and others. She is now featured in the documentary movie called
Rejoice and Shout by Magnolia pictures opening up singing Amazing Grace, which features Smokey
Robinson, Andrae Crouch, Kirk Franklin and many more. Jekalyn was just recently featured in JET
magazine under JET‟s Ten Under 40 section. Jekalyn is now working on her new project called “Greater Is
Coming “ which will feature her new single Greater is Coming, which has risen to #26 on the Billboard
charts Jekalyn knows every encounter that has happen in her life, it was all God and that‟s why she
remains humble and meek as she did at the age as of five. Jekalyn knows that she is only a vessel, created
to help and inspire others. Jekalyn wants others to know “You CAN fulfill the promises over your life, IF
you BELIEVE, WORK HARD to achieve them, and most of all, PUT GOD FIRST.”
BBG/A Joyful Noise
Make a joyful noise unto the Lord is a commonly referenced Bible passage. It is also an
absolutely appropriate moniker for the gospel trio made up of Minister Duane Nunnally,
psalmist Candace Davissongstress Deon MaChell. All three artists sing and write, have
extensive experience ministering as lead vocalists in church choirs and for various Christian/
talent events and have solo recording projects in the works to serve as follow-up offerings to
their current effort: I Need You. But, what is most important is that all three of these
artists love the Lord with every fiber of their being and strive to give God their best in every
aspect of their lives to included praising His holy name. And colaborating with such
spectacular artists as Willinda Franklin, Kevin Resnover, Earl Marx, Real Music, and
Kenneth Clark, A Joyful Noise has set the stage. The wonderful results of their life
experiences, testimonies and relentless pursuit of God's grace makes for an atypical music
group but, results in spectacular compositions. When it is all said and done, A Joyful Noise
might be the perfect personification of a phrase that speaks volumes in more ways than one!
