Wedding Package Information
≈ LOCATIONS ≈
Groups of 65 or fewer Guests: Bistro Patio, with upstairs Tasting
Room* option in case of inclement weather. (*Not wheelchair accessible)
66 – 125 Guests: Tent rental required, located at the north side of the
building with vineyard and lake views.
Estimated cost for tent, tables, chairs, dance floor, and tableware is
approximately $3,000.
≈ FACILITY FEE ≈
+ TIME FRAME ($500 +TAX MINIMUM)
$10 per person + tax
Standard time period is 4 hours: 6:00 pm – 10:00pm.
Additional $75 per half hour thereafter, contracted as evening progresses.

Groups of 65 or fewer Guests: Red Room, beginning at 6:00 pm for
beverage and appetizer service (see Dinner menu for details)
Optional: Wine tastings offered at $3 per person (5 wines). May be paid
individually or added to wedding tab.
Larger Groups: Tent with cocktail table area outside of tent at 6:00pm.

Wine: 2 Reds & 2 Whites
Beer: 2 choices
Soft Drinks: Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Sierra Mist
Liquor is not permitted on premises.
Plus 8% tax & 18% Gratuity

Seated Dinner – Groups of 65 or fewer Guests: See available menu
choices of Seated Dinner I or Seated Dinner II, plus tax & 18% gratuity.
Buffet – Groups of 30 - 125 Guests: See available menu choices of
Buffet II or Buffet III, plus tax & 18% gratuity.
≈ Cake Service ≈
$1.50 per person, cake not included.
Cake service charge will be waived if dessert option is omitted from Seated
Dinner menu only. Buffets do not include a dessert option.
≈ Terms ≈
Deposit: $500.
60 days prior: 50% down (includes deposit)
5 days prior: Final payment due in full.
