GENERAL DIRECTOR
Since its establishment in 1993, VINATA International JV Co., Ltd (VINATA). has been one of the leading
Joint Ventures in Vietnam’s market. VINATA has made great contributions to the country’s reconstruction
and modernization, playing an important role in such areas as construction, interior and fitting - out
decoration and construction equipment leasing.
Currently, VINATA, with its Head Office in Hanoi and Branch Office in Hochiminh City, is actively expanding
its construction, development and operation throughout the country.
VINATA’s tieline, which is the same as the tieline of its mother company - TAISEI, “For a Lively World”
expresses Company’s commitment to contributing to the well - being of society. In addition, our
corporate symbol is intended to convey the harmony with nature as well as a wish to contribute more to
Vietnam’s development while illustrating our energy to expand construction operations with the main parts

TAISEI Corporation
Founded in 1873, TAISEI Corporation has played a major role in the construction and
economic development of modern Japan. The name of TAISEI has been known in the
development of major cities and big scale projects such as the Haneda, Narita, Kansai and
Tsubu International Airports, the undersea tunnel linking two main islands of Honsu and
Hokaido, the Municipal Building in Tokyo, the Yokohama Landmark Tower Building and
many famous hotels Since 1959, TAISEI has been also deploying many of its works in
overseas projects as to mention the Cirata Hydro Power Station in Indonesia, Kualar Lumpur
Airport, National Highway No 5, Chinfon cement plant and Legend Hotel in Vietnam. Many of
TAISEI’s projects utilizing skills in architecture, construction, development and engineering
