productive year applying many
types of waterproofing systems on
more than 1,000 new foundations
in the Tri-State area. That’s more
than 1.2 million square feet of
waterproofing. Despite a drier
summer, we’ve solved many
issues on existing homes and
commercial buildings that were
having chronic water infiltration
issues. We’ve installed dozens of
interior trench drainage systems
and excavated entire houses putting our knowledge and experience to work. Our fleet of trucks

Our rainwater harvesting division continues to thrive with installations throughout the state.
We’ve assessed, designed and
installed rainwater harvesting systems in community gardens in
Newark and Camden on behalf of
Rutgers University. These gardens
don’t have access to water; our
rainwater harvesting systems provide critical water solutions. Our
systems have been installed on
public works buildings, farm
barns, universities, libraries and
community centers. Rainwater
harvesting will continue to provide
an alternative source of water for
residents, businesses and municipal entities to reduce stormwater
runoff, save water and energy. Our
partnership with The Nature
Conservancy resulted in six new
rainwater harvesting system
installations this past spring. As
our aging municipal water sys-
tems continue to deteriorate, rainwater harvesting will continue to
provide a clean water alternative
and offer a hedge against price
increases and stormwater fees.

Festival of Fine Craft at Wheaton
On Oct. 1-2, the annual Festival
of Fine Craft returns to Wheaton
Arts and Cultural Center. This
event, sponsored by OceanFirst
Bank, will feature the work of
more than 130 juried artists. In its
18th year, the festival, a 2016
Sunshine Artist Magazine 200
award winner, is known throughout the region for its reputation for
excellence. Artists working in clay,
fiber, glass, jewelry, leather,
metal, mixed medium, wearable
art, wood, and more will display
their work throughout the
WheatonArts campus over both
days. Visitors can watch unique
artist demonstrations throughout
that day, in addition to the regularly offered WheatonArts Studio
demonstrations, and interact with
artists during booth chats.
In addition to the multitude of
artists represented at the
Festival, the renowned “Glass
Pumpkin Patch” will be displayed
in the center of the WheatonArts
campus. Thousands of glass
pumpkins in all shapes, sizes,
and colors, made by WheatonArts
resident artists, make up the
patch. All glass pumpkins are
available for purchase. Along with
the “Glass Pumpkin Patch,” the
festival includes a Beer and Wine
Garden, featuring local beer from
Cape May Brewery and wine from
Bellview Winery, and music by
PackageGoods Orchestra.
Family arts activities, which are
included with admission, will be
offered throughout both days from
11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Hours: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each
day, rain or shine. The festival is
included in the price of admission
to WheatonArts. Fees are $10 for
adults, $9 for senior adults and
$7 for students. Children 5 and
under are free. Festival special:
Admission ticket grants access for
both days with Tomorrow Pass,
available upon request. Parking is
free.

or protecting your existing landscape?
We have recently included onsite concrete/asphalt crushing
into our arsenal with a state of the
art Rubblemaster RM80. We provide on-site crushing to contractors to keep all the existing materials on site and use as base
instead of filling up our landfills,
