Reinhardt Fur Windsocks
Reinhardt manufacture many sizes of pull-on fur windsocks from small windsocks for sub-miniature microphones to large zeppelin
housings and the Reinhardt Soft-Zep. Most models are designed to fit over a foam, plastic or metal microphone windshield. Most socks
have a Velcro fastening but some have an elastic fastening where more appropriate.
All Reinhardt windsocks are hand made from synthetic fur in our own factory in Denmark.

Reinhardt Whisper
Complete Windshield System
The Reinhardt "Whisper" is perfect for camera, boom or hand held microphones where speed of mounting and outstanding
performance is required. The Whisper is especially suitable for ENG, Drama and Film due to speed of application, noise free microphone
changes and light weight. The microphone is quickly and easily withdrawn for filter switch adjustments.
Advanced design
The Whisper has a core of open cell acoustic grade foam
which gives enhanced windnoise reduction while giving optimum high frequency performance.
The fur covering is a 30mm synthetic fur, especially chosen
for its acoustic properties and light weight. The Whisper end
cap is made of neoprene with genuine soft black leather
trim for a snug fit and attractive finish.
The Reinhardt whisper is hand made in our own factory in
Denmark and is used by most major radio TV and film companies throughout the world.

The Whisper is available in a number of sizes to cater for
virtually all cylindrical microphone types.
Hole sizes are are now “one size fits all” and lengths from
70mm to 400mm. More hole diameters and lengths can be
supplied upon request.
Two external diameter models are available 50mm & 65mm:The standard model which has suffix "STD" has a core diameter of 50mm which is sometime preferable when cam
mounted and a wide angle lens is being used. Hi-Wind, model
suffix "HW" has a core diameter of 65mm.

Pistol Grip PG3
The new PG3 Pistol Grip which has even lower handling noise than the PG2.
Like the PG2, the PG3 comes in two versions, a basic and an advanced version. The PG3 advanced has
a built in XLR cable with Neutrik connectors and an adjustable boom pole mount.
Both versions have interchangeable mic mounts to cater for different sizes of microphone and of course have the
same very comfortable hand grip as the PG2.
Soft-Zep
The Reinhardt Soft-Zep is nothing short of a revolution in simplicity, design
and performance. The Soft-Zep has excellent wind noise reduction and is ideal
for ENG, reality, sports and wildlife productions where low weight and robustness are key factors.
Especially developed so that the microphone can be mounted easily and swiftly with no tricky bayonet or
screw fittings to wrestle with, the microphone is simply inserted into the rear of the Soft-Zep just like an ordinary foam windshield.
Weight has been a key factor in the design of the Soft-Zep, weighing in an astoundingly light 385gms or 13.58oz
