DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT:
The JK Wrangler Deluxe Combination Bull Bar has been updated with a number of changes to previous
generation JK Wrangler bars. The most significant updates to this bar appear in the dimensional changes
to the center hoop and wing returns. This new Deluxe Bull Bar will be replacing the existing 3450220 JK
Wrangler Deluxe Bull Bar.
The design update has not affected any of the traditional features of this ARB Deluxe Bull Bar. These include
the integrated winch platform that allows the mounting of most traditional low mount style winches and
narrow mount pattern competition type winches. A bracket is provided for those who wish to run their
control box in the center of the bar.
Incorporated recovery points, Hi-Lift lifting points and auxiliary light mounting provisions provide massive
amounts of functionality to this bumper outside of the added protection and collision air bag compatibility.
For improved corrosion resistance JK Deluxe Combination Bull Bars are now pre-treated with a zinc shield
before being coated in one of two different powder coat finishes.

ARB, in partnership with a major global manufacturer of powder coatings, has developed a next generation
automotive powder coat for customers who demand uncompromising performance in the harshest off road
conditions. Integrit™ textured powder coat is uniquely formulated to replicate the appearance of automotive
grade black plastic, on steel or alloy fabricated products. It is designed for maximum aesthetic appeal with an
ultra-low sheen, matte finish. Visually, the finish is similar to the OE flares of the JK.
Manufactured in Australia, this proprietary polymer blend delivers incredible resistance to damage from
sources such as road debris, surface abrasion, weathering, acid spotting, and off road abuse. Utilizing
ARB’s quality controlled pre-treatment process; the textured finish offers class leading protection, providing
unparalleled corrosion resistance.
Integrit™ powder coated surfaces benefit from self-cleaning capabilities, with the formula incorporating a
synthetic PTFE wax for resistance against dirt and road grime. The coating is easily cleaned with a mild wash
solution. Vehicle color matching is not an option for the textured powder coat finish.
The traditional ARB satin black powder coat finish is available for customers who wish to paint their Deluxe
Bull Bar to match or contrast their vehicles color. This will be a limited product offering for customers.

DRIVING LIGHT MOUNTS:
JK Deluxe Bull Bars include laser cut holes in the top of the
center pan for fitment of a range of compatible driving
lights such as ARB Intensity and IPF 808, 800 and 901 Series
Lights.
Note: Pinning holes are provided for ARB Intensity LED
Driving lights.
WINCH MODEL FITMENT:
JK Deluxe Bull Bars fit the following winches:
• Warn M8000, XD9000, 9.5XP and 9.5 XDC
• Warn VR8000, VR10000
• Warn ZEON 8, 8-S, 10 and 10-S
Additional Hawse Fairlead Spacer Kit Part No 3500600 is
required if winch has synthetic rope.
Please note that this bar is not suitable for Warn Powerplant
winch fitment.
REDESIGNED HOOP:
The front hoop dimensions have been modified for a better
aethetic flow with the Wrangler’s body. ARB engineers
made these tweaks in a way that did not reduce the
protection effeciency of this feature.

WING DESIGN & BRACE:
The wing and wing brace design allows fitment of up to a
37-inch tire with no contact (subject to suitable suspension
and rim offset).
HI-LIFT JACK POINTS:
Designed primarily for Hi-Lift brand jacks, the lifting point
is reinforced with 4mm steel plate to prevent distortion or
damage. When the jack is inserted into the point, the lip of
the jack foot locates past the internal reinforcing plate to
prevent slippage.

ANTENNA MOUNTS:
Two antenna mounts are welded to the center of the tube
to allow fitment of UHF/AM radio and antennas.
FOG LIGHTS:
Retains OE fog lights in a pressed form recess in the wing.
INTEGRIT™ POWDER COAT:
