Newsletter December 2014
Information Update.
It’s the final newsletter of the year and
Christmas is just around the corner.
All the rooms are preparing some lovely
Christmas crafts for their parents and
Caterpillar Room and Butterfly Room are
really busy practising the songs for their
performances.
In Teddy Room this month they are
starting to make their Christmas crafts
and have also made lots of lovely Halloween
and firework pictures last month. Lots of
the babies are also really enjoying playing
with the dolls and demonstrating lovely
pretend play.
In Rainbow Room the children have been
talking about space and making rockets,
they have also touched on people that who
help us and done some building with the
bricks like ’Bob The Builder’.
In Caterpillar Room the children have been
listening to the story ’We’re going on a
bear hunt’ and acting it out. They have also
been doing a lovely physical activity where
they have filled balloons with paint and
have been throwing them to create some
supper works of art.

letter has been sent out)
22/12/14—Closed from this date for
Christmas (DATE CHANGE).
2/1/15– Parent Partnership night out 7.30pm
5/1/15—Re-open after Christmas-Funding

In Butterfly Room the children have
started making their Christmas cards and
painting lots of Christmas pictures. The
children are practising so hard for their
Christmas production too.
Don’t forget if you would like to help us
raise money this Christmas you can buy

We would like to welcome Olivia G, Olivia K,
Riley D, and Amelia E who have
recently started nursery.
We hope they will have a super time with us
at Little Colliers and enjoy every moment.

Your child is entitled to 15 hrs free
childcare the term after they are 3
years old, which you can choose to
use at Little Colliers.
When your child is eligible you will be
given a letter explaining this and a
form if you wish to use your funding
at Little Colliers.
Please return by the date shown on
the back of the form as I need to
send these away.
Butterfly Room Christmas Play

The charge for the tickets for the Christmas play will be 50p per ticket which
goes towards nursery funds but there is no limit on how many tickets you can have.
