Looking to revitalize a once-proud
facility and create a full-service
business hotel for Northeast Wisconsin, Oshkosh Investors, LLC selected
Hoffman Planning, Design & Construction, Inc. to renovate the former
City Center Hotel in Oshkosh.
The complete renovation of the
eight-story hotel includes a combination of 176 executive and whirlpool/
fireplace suites and standard rooms;
high-quality, state-of-the-art meeting and banquet facilities; a fitness
center; swimming pool and hot tub;
lobby and office spaces; outdoor patio
with service bar and fireplace; and the
addition of a full-menu restaurant,
the Ground Round at River’s Edge.
Additionally, the project required
the replacement of all heating and
air conditioning piping/ductwork,
boilers, and chillers, a new roof membrane, and elevator renovations in the
131,000 square foot hotel.
The Best Western Premier Waterfront
Hotel is located near the University
of Wisconsin-Oshkosh campus, the
Menominee Park and Zoo, and the
EAA AirVenture Museum.
