Fusion is a proudly 100% owned and operated
Darwin based company that provides the Northern
Territory’s only ‘One Stop Shop’ event service
facility to local, national and international clients.
Fusion delivers high impact exhibition services, gala event
theming, design & manufacture of award winning custom
built displays, signage and the largest modern range of
furniture for corporate hire.

constructed from long lasting, premium quality materials

starcloths in various sizes, large artistic backdrops,
marquees, staging and dance floors.

you are amongst other exhibitors.
Each exhibition booth contains:

workshop in Winnellie.
If you are planning on storing the panels
for an extended period of time, we
recommend having the panels wrapped
for protection. Cost for bubble wrapping
of panels back at our workshop is
$180 + GST.
If panels are to be transported
interstate, we recommend having
an MDF crate built to protect them
from damage. Cost of constructing a
travelling crate to suit your panels $360
+ GST which includes transport back to
our depot.
Collection of your bubble wrapped or
crated panels will need to be arranged
with your preferred freight supplier
and is not included in any of the costs
above.
PLEASE NOTE:
Panels will only be stored by Fusion
for a maximum of 14 days at the
conclusion of your event. After this
time, panels will be disposed of.

1. acceptance & confirmation
4. damage or loss
Acceptance of quotations must be
received no later than 30 days of the
commencement of delivery of hire and
prop items or instalment of display
panel hire. Late acceptances may
result in the unavailability of Fusion to
complete the request.
The hirer shall at all times be
liable for the loss of, damage or
break down; the hirer must notify
Fusion Exhibition & Hire Services
immediately. Any costs incurred by
repairing or replacement of goods
the hirer shall be liable. In the event
that the equipment breaks down or
considered unsafe to use, the hirer
must immediately stop utilising the
equipment and take all measures to
prevent further damage of equipment
or prevent injuries to any person or
property. No attempts will be made
to repair equipment without prior
consent from Fusion Exhibition & Hire
Services Management.
2. payment & prices terms
Full payment is required by cheque,
EFT, Cash or Credit Card. 14 days
prior to the date of the exhibition or
delivery of hire items. This payment
confirms acceptance for production
or delivery to commence on the
schedule date of request. Should
payment not be received, Fusion
Exhibition & Hire Services reserves
the right to withdraw from the
accepted agreement and accepts no
responsibility for the non-delivery of
goods.
A 2.5% credit charge surcharge
will apply to the total cost. Visa and
MasterCard are accepted.
Late payments or break in the
agreement, will incur a 10% total
cost surcharge fee accrued daily and
Fusion have all legal rights to charge
this additional fee if applicable. Please
note the hirer will be liable for any legal
or debt collection fees/expenses, bad
debt recovery charges, commissions
or court costs associated in finalising
outstanding debts if invoices are
not paid within the agreed terms of
payment.
3. delivery/pick up
An additional charge will be made
for delivery/pick up. The rate is 10%
of the hire cost with a minimum
charge of $30 + GST for the Darwin
Metropolitan area. POA for costs
outside the Darwin Metropolitan area.
Fusion Exhibition & Hire Services
staff will carry out all deliveries of
equipment unless prior arrangement
has been made with management.
All equipment must be available for
pick up immediately after the agreed
time. No responsibilities are taken for
any items left in or on our equipment
after the close of the event. The
hirer will bear responsibility for the
equipment from the time of delivery
until collection by or return to
the owner.
5. late orders
Orders placed during move in are to
be charged an additional late order
fee of $30 + GST.
6. cancellation
All standard fascia signage remains
the property of Fusion Exhibition &
Hire Services and must remain with
the exhibition stands for collection by
our staff after the event.
8. privacy policy
This document is confidential and
must not be shown to parties not
directly related to this project without
written agreement from Fusion
Exhibition & Hire Services.
9. release & indemnity
The Hirer hereby releases Fusion
Exhibition & Hire Services from, and
agrees to indemnify Fusion Exhibition
& Hire Services in respect to any third
party claims, actions, suits, demands,
costs and expenses for damage or
injury to a person or property arising
directly or indirectly out of the hire or
use of the equipment by the Hirer or
this agreement.
Refunds do not apply to goods
cancelled after delivery. A cancellation
fee equivalent to 50% of the hirer
order value shall be made where the
cancellation occurs less than 14 days
prior to the date of commencement
date of the hire.
7. hire conditions
Installation outside normal business
hours or public holidays (MondayFriday, 8.00am-4.30pm) may incur a
fee. All hire equipment quoted is for
the duration of the event.
Fusion Exhibition & Hire Services
reserves the right to alter, vary or
substitute any items without notice
and to remove goods at any time if
the items are considered to be being
mistreated or not utilised for the
purpose for which they are designed.
All hire goods (namely equipment hire,
prop items and display panels) remain
the property of Fusion Exhibition &
Hire Services at all times.
The hirer shall at all times be liable
for the wilful loss of, or damage to
the owner’s (Fusion Exhibition & Hire
Services) hire & prop equipment
from whatever cause, from the time
it arrives on site to the time it leaves
the site to return to the Fusion
warehouse.
*Please note all prices exclude GST and are for the duration of the hire.
Delivery fees apply. All sizes quoted are in millimetres.
