MUSIC
Introduction to music and songs for Infant P3, P4 and P5. From Primary 1 to Primary 6 a
string instrument is played every day.
ENGLISH
Oral expression through different activities – projects, competitions, drama,
theatre, etc.
EXPERIMENT CORNER
SPORTS
Learn through using material from everyday life.
Swimming lessons and fun sport activities every day. Except Wednesday.
FRIDAY FUN Fun activities every Friday afternoon e.g. water games, gymkhana,
competitions, theatre, etc.

MULTI-SPORT CAMP
ACTIVITIES
Ÿ Introduction to learning the main characteristics of each sport e.g. rules and regulations,
basic technical tactics, skills etc.
Ÿ Team and individual sports e.g. paddle tennis, football, basketball, volleyball, handball,
baseball, swimming, athletics, hockey etc. and different fun sport activities.
Ÿ Swimming lessons every day. Except Wednesday when there is an excursion.
Ÿ Capoeira, fencing and yoga lessons and exhibitions.
Ÿ Practise and improve basic skills of each sport through exercises and games.

ACTIVITIES
Activities will take place with the following three main objectives:
Ÿ Improve football techniques.
Ÿ Enjoy and have fun with their favourite sport.
Ÿ Have the opportunity to make new friends.

Born between 2000 and 2009. Activities take place in age groups

Lead by
Antonio Sánchez, H8S Football Technical Director, is in charge of planning the activities and
making up the groups according to the age groups. He will also select the technical team and
human resources which will be made up of a director, trained specialists and coaches in youth
football and a physiotherapist to ensure the health of all participants during the Camp.

ACADEMIC SUPPORT
OBJECTIVES
Ÿ Re-sit examination preparation (Secondary and Baccalaureate).
Ÿ Revision and consolidation of work (Primary 5 & 6, Secondary and Baccalaureate).
Ÿ Learning in different subject areas e.g. English, mathematics, etc.
ORGANISATION
Ÿ Small groups according to subject and level. Each level will have an hour a day for each
subject.
Ÿ Possibility for individual support.
Ÿ Secondary and Baccalaureate students who have attended the Directed Study Course will
be able to present themselves for examinations at the end of July and, if they pass, their mark
will be taken into consideration for the September evaluations.
Ÿ Coordination with teachers for each subject.
Ÿ Possibility to use the Library between classes.
Ÿ Possibility to combine Directed Study Course and other activities in July.

SUMMER CAMP
IN ENGLISH
LESSONS
Fun activities to promote oral expression, increase vocabulary and gain confidence when
speaking in English. Students will enjoy three hours a day of English workshops with native
teachers.
OTHER ACTIVITIES
Discovery of the world, group games, gymkhanas, games and different art activities, drama
and theatre to stimulate creativity and imagination with swimming and night activities.

Home to Home in collaboration with Agora Sant Cugat International School teachers.
(Home to Home was founded in 1992 by a group of native English teachers and parents
with the objective of fostering the learning and practise of English.)
Place:
El Vilar Rural de Sant Hilari, a rural hotel in the Montseny mountains near Girona. A rural
house with the comfort and services of a hotel but with a personalised care and in the
beautiful surroundings of mountains, valleys and forests.
