As the parent/guardian of the participant, I ___________________ hereby
grant permission for my child/ward to participate in the 2015 Larry Cullinane
Athletic Camp and represent that he/she is physically able to participate in the
camp activities. In consideration of the applicant’s being allowed to participate
in the camp, I hereby release the camp, the school, its employees, offices, and
the Board of Directors from all claims resulting from illness, injuries, or other
damages which may be sustained by my child/ward during the attendence of
the camp. I understand that any or all cost of any medical care deemed
necessary for the treatment of my child/ward is my responsibility, and the
camp personnel or school is not obligated to pay for medical care.
I understand and agree if any illness, injury, or medical emergencry occurs,
which, in the sole judgement of the camp staff or medical service personnel,
I hereby give consent to camp personnel to provide medical care for my child
/ward as camp personnel decides is needed.
I hereby assure and hold harmless the camp staff personnel & Trinity-Byrnes
Collegiate School from any and all costs, expenses, damages, or liabilities
arising from any acts or omission of staff members / medical care providers
and by reason of my child’s/ward’s participation in the camp.

Camp Information
Mission Statement
The Larry Cullinane Basketball and Volleyball
Camp is a four day camp that will focus on
the fundamentals of basketball and volleyball
through station work and competition, with
strong emphasis on shooting, ball-handling
and individual offensive and defensive skills.
Our camp will stress the importance of
fundamentals, smart decision making, and
hard work in a fun, positive environment.
Campers will be divided by age and skill level
to ensure that each camper has a productive
and meaningful experience. All campers will
receive one on one coaching from Coach
Cullinane and his staff during the four day camp.
Registration Information
Please complete the registration form in this
brochure and return with payment or deposit.
What to Bring
Proper athletic shoes, shorts, T-shirt, and a great
attitude. Campers must provide their own
protective gear. (NO electronic devices / jewlery)
Payment
Cash, personal checks, or money orders are
accepted. Full payment or a $50 nonrefundable
deposit is required with your application.
Any balance due at registration must be paid
with cash or check.

Larry Cullinane was named head boy’s
basketball coach at Trinity-Byrnes Collegiate
School in August 2013 and has coached
volleyball there for the last two seasons.
Coach Cullinane came to TBCS from Notre
Dame Academy in Middleburg, Virginia,
where he served as the boys varsity basketball
head coach.
Coach Cullinane’s basketball record at TBCS
is 43-14. In those two seasons, the Titans have
won two Region 2 AA championships and have
advanced to the final four in 2014-15.
Prior to arriving at Trinity-Byrnes, Coach
Cullinane spent 11 years as both an assistant
and head coach at Notre Dame Academy and
12 years as an assistant coach and head varsity
coach at St. Johns at Prospect Hall in Frederick,
Maryland.
Coach Cullinane has helped over 85 men and
women attain college scholarships. He has
enjoyed 25 years leading summer camps in
both basketball and volleyball.
