A negative COGGINS certificate within 2 years for NJ horses, and 1 year for out-of-state horses, is required the
day of the ride. Early mail-in registrations: Bring Coggins the day of the ride to the registration table.
A waiver must be signed by all riders, the day of the ride, and to be signed at the registration table. Minors must
have an adult/guardian signature.
All horses must remain in the parking area of Whispering Winds Equestrian Center, and are not permitted in
barn/paddock areas.
Bathroom is on the premises in the barn area.
Minors must wear a certified riding helmet while mounted. We hope the adults do also.
T-Shirts are guaranteed, and your size, with registrations received by September 15 th, 2013.
9:00 am is the first time to go out on the trail. 1pm is the last time to go out. The trail will be marked. There are
no jumps. There are small water crossings with some with go-arounds. (Not all). Water crossings are only a
few inches deep.


TRIVIA
There will be 10 trivia questions, related to the horse, along the trail. They will be large enough for
riders to see. Paper & a pen will be given to you. It would be smart to bring a smartphone also. How
smart is that smartphone???? How smart are you ????
When ride is complete, bring your answer sheet to the registration table for “grading”. Riders with
100% correct will receive a Tack-Up For Trail Riding winning ribbon.
DIRECTIONS:
From the North: Take the Garden State Parkway (GSP) South to exit 98 and follow Allaire State Park signs onto I-195 West.
Take exit 31 (Lakewood – Rte 547 South) off I-195 and travel south on Rte.547. After the 2nd traffic light, (soccer fields are on
your left), slow down and turn left onto Easy Street. You will pass Never Ends Farm, then Celtic Woods Farm, and next is
Whispering Winds. Turn right in driveway and travel slowly all the way to the back of the farm.
