The Innisfail Golf Club is the ideal situation for your Corporate or Charity event year after year.
The 27 hole rotations change daily so you would play a different 18 hole golf course every year.
This means added enjoyment for your clients with no change of venue.
Our New Clubhouse will be ready in the summer. With a complete selection of food and beverages
the new facility offers all that your event could want. We have a separate room that can be
blocked off for your own private function or meeting if needed. This will be available for smaller groups
as the Tournament House will still be operational for the larger groups.
The Innisfail Golf Club offers a fully stocked pro shop, with a great selection of today's most
sought after golf equipment and apparel. Our staff can also help you personalize your
tournament with speciality products using your company logo or name with our Impact
scoring system in the Tournament House or our on course GPS system.
Centrally located only one hour north of Calgary and two kilometers west of the town of
Innisfail makes the Innisfail Golf Club handy to access. Established in 1924 this
Bill Robinson design of 27 holes is both fun to play for the average player and a
challenge for the pros at heart.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
By signing the following contract the Tournament Host agrees to comply
with the following conditions, policies and procedures of the Innisfail
Golf Club
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT INFORMATION
A $500.00 deposit for tee time tournaments and $1500.00 deposit for shotgun tournaments will be required
at the time of booking to guarantee your date. Tournaments are confirmed by receipt of this deposit. Deposit is
non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of a cancellation unless we are able to rebook your event for
another date. The final invoice will be adjusted accordingly to your deposit.
All prices related to Food and Beverage items are subject to a 15% gratuity.
The Innisfail Golf Club will provide you with an invoice within 3 days following your event. Payment is due on
receipt of the invoice and may be paid by cheque (made payable to the Innisfail Golf Club) or credit card.
WEATHER
In the case of cold or inclement weather, tournament play and meals must go ahead as scheduled unless the
golf course is deemed unplayable by the Club Superintendent or Club Manager of the Innisfail Golf Club. If this
is the case you will be given alternative days of play. If an alternative date is not available the tournament
deposit will be refunded.
DAMAGES
The Tournament host is responsible for the actions of its participants and will indemnify the Innisfail Golf Club
from all losses, damages and claims which it suffers or incurs as a result of any act or omission of these
participants.
The Innisfail Golf Club will not be responsible for any loss or injury suffered by any participant unless such
loss or injury is caused by negligence or wrongful acts of The Innisfail Golf Club or its employees.
The Tournament host is responsible for any damages to power carts, the golf course, the clubhouse or any
fixed property of the Innisfail Golf Club. Any lost or negligent damage to rental clubs will be charged to the
individual or the Tournament Host (depending on who was responsible for the rental fee).
DRESS CODE
All players and volunteers need to comply with the Innisfail Golf Club dress code.Tailored pants or shorts and a
collared shirt are suggested. Ladies may wear a shirt without a collar, providing it has sleeves, or they may wear
a sleeveless shirt providing it has a collar. Persons not following the dress code will be denied access to the
golf course.
Only golf shoes with soft spikes (no metal spikes) or shoes with soft soles will be permitted.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
All food & beverage items must be purchased from the Innisfail Golf Club.
No Alcoholic Beverages are to be brought onto the golf course.
Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission regulations will be strictly enforced. Unauthorized alcohol will
be confiscated.
It is the policy of the Innisfail Golf Club to serve alcoholic beverages in a responsible and professional manner
at all times.
The Innisfail Golf Club pro-shop, clubhouse and tournament house are all non-smoking facilities
Additional meals are available upon request.

All sponsored food and/or drink needs to be approved by the Innisfail Golf Club Tournament Coordinator
and all Pro Serve requirements and deposits in place before any items are brought onto the premises.
GPS SYSTEM
The Innisfail Golf Club is not responsible for the operation of the GPS System, although we will do our best
to accommodate any issues you may encounter with the system.
Any advertising done must be done through GPS Caddy Marketing Inc. not the Innisfail Golf Club, and said
advertising is not the responsibility of the Innisfail Golf Club.
The leader board function is not guaranteed to work in all situations or scoring formats.
GUARANTEED NUMBERS OF PLAYERS
The maximum number of players should be conveyed to the Innisfail Golf Club at the time of booking.
The deadline for any major changes (+/-10%) to the number of players is FOURTEEN (14) days prior to your
tournament. If these changes are not conveyed, the original number or the actual number of players
becomes the guarantee (which ever number is higher) and charges will be based on that number.
The foursome list should be received by the Tournament Coordinator a minimum of TWO (2) days prior
to the tournament.
The Innisfail Golf Club reserves the right to alter the start time or format should the number of players
differ greatly from the original booking.
Formats for Numbers of players are as follows:
Less than 72 Players = Double Crossover tee times (two groups of 4 tee off every 8 minutes).
72 - 100 Players = Open Shotgun (outside groups will be sold to fill the course).
100 plus Players = Closed Shotgun (no outside groups on your 18 holes of play).

The option is also available for an open shotgun for 40+/- players and have the remainder of the course
filled with another event or outside green fee traffic.
PLAYERS RESPONSIBILITIES
Each player must have their own set of clubs. Rental clubs are availalable at the Pro Shop. Include rental
request with player draw TWO (2) days prior to the tournament.
All players should be at the golf course 30 minutes prior to start time.
No players under the age of 18 years are permitted to drive power carts.
Pace of Play is important. Course Marshall's have the authority to direct groups to pick up their ball
and proceed to the next tee if they fall behind more than one hole. Estimated time of play is 5 hours.
PRIZES AND HOLE PRIZES
Your package includes FIFTEEN ($15.00) dollars/person towards golf shop merchandise or gift certificates.
The prize package will show on a separate line on the invoice. Any moneies spent over and above the prize
package will be the responsibility of the corporate tournament coordinator. These items are over and above the
golf, cart, food, and beverage prices listed.
How you would like to allocate your pro-shop credit must be confirmed with our Tournament Coordinator
no less than TWO (2) days prior to your event.
A list of your hole prizes (ie. Closest to pin) must be provided no less than TWO (2) days prior to your event.
Any additional on-course contests must be discussed with our Tournament Coordinator prior
to your tournament date.
Hole in one insurance and spotters must be provided by the Tournament Host. It is not
the responsibility of the Innisfail Golf Club or it's staff to make arrangements for the
insurance of a Hole in One contest.
SPONSORSHIP AND SIGNAGE
The Tournament Host is encouraged to drop off all sponsorship information and signage to the Innisfail Golf
Club no less than ONE (1) DAY prior to the event.
The Innisfail Golf Club is not responsible for any misplaced or damaged signs unless through an act of
negligence by an employee. Please have all signage picked up within FORTY-EIGHT (48) HOURS after
your event.
We have the abilty to place your Sponsors Logo on our digital scoring system in the Tournament House at a cost
of $50.00 per logo. Multiple Advertisers can be shown for your event. Contact Ryan Camps to arrange for the
ad placement.
Please review the next page for cancellation policies and fill out the required
acknowledgement for the event.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that you need to cancel your tournament the Innisfail Golf Club requires adequate time to adjust. In
the case that adequate time is not given the following policy will be in effect:

Beverage Options and Services
We offer a selection of beverage services for your event including the main dining area, restaurant,
on course, Tournament House and anywhere in our Clubhouse. You can choose to have a host bar which
is recommended for groups where the "host" is paying for all or a portion of liquor consumption. Or a cash
bar where individual participants purchase liquor or the use of a drink ticket system is requested. Bar pricing
is the same for all events regardless of bar set up or location. Pricing selection of liquor is below. Additional
types of wine, spirits and beer available upon request.
Alcohol Service Policy
It is the policy of the Innisfail Golf Club to serve alcoholic beverages in a responsible and
professional manner at all times. We adhere to all aplicable laws and regulations as they pertain to the
service of alcohol to under age or visibly intoxicated persons. Hours of service for alcoholic berverages are
10:00am - 1:00 am. All servers are required to have "Pro Serve".
The Innisfail Golf Club is the sole provider of all alcoholic beverages.
