The ultimate exhaust for your RSV4. Every aspect of this exhaust is meant to add horsepower and save weight. Specially made under a technical partnership with Akrapovic where
pieces are developed with our race teams, those pieces are then put to the test on the track and finally Aprilia offers the production version of that exhaust to our customers. Please note
that all exhaust systems and ECU maps in these catalogs are for closed course use only and are illegal for use on public roads.
The EVO1 is our first generation full exhaust system, it features hydroformed headers for ultimate horsepower, CNC flanges to connect the headers to the manifolds, silicone coated
springs, carbon fiber exhaust hanger, and a removable noise tube for those tracks that have noise limits. All Aprilia/Akrapovic exhausts come with an ECU unlock code that can be used
to load a special Race Mode map onto the ECU. The combination of the ECU map with full system exhaust gives a noticable 6-9 hp increase in power between 4,500 and 8,000 rpm.
Race ECU map allows for the removal of the exhaust servo valve, servo valve motor, changes lower injector firing, upper injector firing, ignition timing, torque amount reqeusted by the
demand sensor.
The EVO2 (shown below) is the latest generation of full exhaust system. It is identical to the EVO1 with the exception of a revised central collector pipe that creates a crossover between
the front bank and rear bank of cylinders, giving even more midrange power with the same topend power. This piece is also available seperately for owners of the EVO1 system as

Unlike other slip-on exhausts that are created to come in under a certain budget, our slip-ons are premium units that come with everything you need. Like the full system these exhausts
feature hydroformed manifolds for ultimate horsepower CNC flanges to connect the headers to the manifolds, silicone coated springs, carbon fiber exhaust hanger, and a removable noise
tube for those tracks that have noise limits. All Aprilia/Akrapovic exhausts come with an ECU unlock code that can be used to load a special Race Mode map onto the ECU. Race ECU
map allows for the removal of the exhaust servo valve, servo valve motor, changes lower injector firing, upper injector firing, ignition timing, torque amount reqeusted by the demand
sensor.
For owners that wish to remove the passenger pegs there are two options. Aluminum passenger peg delete is 896180. Carbon fiber passenger peg delete is 895169.
Included with this kit is a manifold pipe with a catalyzer, perfect for protecting the environment.

This is the same Race ECU that comes standard with the Akrapovic exhausts. Meant
for closed course use only and pre-loaded with the racing mapping. These ECUs are
intended for use with aftermarket exhaust systems. The recommended use is with
exhaust systems without catalyst and/or without Db-killer.

RACING CLIP-ON BARS RSV4 APRC
These are the best frame sliders on the market today. These fit into the existing cutout
on the fairing and use a unique mounting system and slider design to protect your RSV4.
The edges of the frame slider are large in area and beveled to discourage them from
flipping the bike over. The fairing is designed with a fusable link that when broken, allows
the fairing to slide against the frame, exposing more slider. The large steel backing
plate behind the delrin spreads the impact over a large area and keeps the slider from
breaking off when impacted at an angle. The combination of a steel plate with aluminum
brackets forces the mounting bolt to shear, preventing a sheared off bolt shank that is
hard to reach.
