Plasmacluster Ion Generating System, which is built-in to a car's ventilation unit, creates clean air for passenger comfort by
eliminating germs, odors, bacteria, and allergens inside the car.

All car calls will be automatically canceled when an extraordinary number of car calls are registered within a very short
time and/or when more than 4 calls are registered but the in-car load is below 100kg.
Independent Operation
A car designated for exclusive-use will operate independently.
When turned on, the designated car shall respond to car calls only.
Reverse-Direction

When a passenger tries to register a car call that is behind the current traveling direction, the system will regard it as a
nuisance call and ignore it in order to maintain elevator service efficiently.

continuously pressing the same button will close the car door.

In case of a door opening failure after arriving at the destination floor, the car will move to the next available floor and
automatically open the door.

b) In accordance with other factors after the doors open (multi-beam sensor, door open button usage), the system
automatically adjusts the duration for which a car stays and keeps its doors open at every floor .

In case a car is operating abnormally, the elevator group control system will separate the affected car from group control
and operate the remaining car normally.

In case a car doesn' t receive any registered calls for a preset time, its ventilation fan and lights will automatically turn
off, so as to reduce energy usage.
Open Door Warning
In case the passenger(s) try to forcibly open the car doors during operation or when stopped in an un-leveling zone, a
warning device will sound an alarm. If the passenger(s) still continue to force the doors open, the car will protectively stop
or remain stopped and only restart after confirming the doors are closed.
In the event a car is overloaded, the car doors will not close and an audible alarm will sound and the
car console will display "OVERLOAD".
Visual Display on COB
(Car Operating Board)
A visual display on the COB will provide passengers with timely text messages reflecting current conditions such as
"OVERLOAD", "EMER. OPERATION" (Optional Function). The message can be synchronized with VONIC to provide
visual and audio information.

In the event of a fire, the elevator will send a feedback signal to the building system after returning to the designated
evacuation floor.

In case a car does not stop flush with a landing, the device will re-level the car by creeping it up or down.

In the event that car doors remain open past a preset time, the device will initiate a slow-door-closing operation while
sounding an audible alarm (The multi-beam door sensor is ignored but the mechanical safety edge system is still active
when the door is forcibly closed.).
In case a car is unable to complete door-opening operation at a destination floor within a preset time, the device will
move the car to another destination floor registered by the car or a landing call. In the case of something obstructing
door-closing operation past a preset time, a respective door-closing operation will start to clear the doorway
obstruction.
The sensor emits multiple infrared beams, creating an invisible curtain covering the entire doorway, even if only a single
beam is interrupted, the sensor will stop the closing doors and reopen them.
Five-Way Interphone
System
An interphone system for 5-way communication is installed in the car console. It allows 4 remote interphones to
communicate with the car top, pit, machine room and building security room.
Alarm Buzzer

When the emergency button on the car console is pressed, the interphones in the elevator machine room and the
building security room will sound a warning alarm, and in addition a buzzer mounted on the car top will sound an alarm.

This operation will allow firefighters use of a car for rapid building access. For emergencies, the car will only respond to car
calls registered by firefighters.

In case there is no interior car lighting, a self-charging battery power source will immediately light up the emergency car
lights for passenger safety and relief.

Motor Idle Protection
When the steel wire rope slides, the elevator is capable of inspecting and stopping the operation.
When the position of the stopped car and the displayed floor do not match, the elevator will automatically correct the
deviation by reaching the terminal floor at once.

Relative Humidity
The relative humidity of the air shall not exceed 50% if the highest temperature of 40℃ is reached. Comparatively, if the temperature
is lower, the relative humidity can be higher. If the monthly average low temperature during the most humid month is no more than
25℃, then the highest relative humidity of that month shall not exceed 90%. If condensation occurs on electrical equipment, relevant
counter-measures must be taken.

Hoistway
The structure of the elevator hoistway shall be solid, subjected to fire-proofing treatment and provided with required holes for relevant
equipment. The plane dimension of the hoistway is the minimum size determined with plumbing. The vertical allowable deviation of
the hoistway is as follows:
Hoistway height is less than 30m: 0~+25mm
Hoistway height is more than 30m and less than 60m: 0~+35mm
Hoistway height is more than 60m: 0~+50mm
Cement filling around the entrance jambs.
Cement filling surrounding the wall after relevant elevator fixtures are installed.
Waterproofing work (including pumping equipment and waterproof treatment after the elevator equipment is installed as required) in
the pit.
Divider screens and intermediate support beams when the hoistway is shared (the height of the divider screen will extend to 2.5m
above the pit level from the lowest point of the car or counter-weight stroke. The intermediate support beams can be I-beams, and
the position of the beams shall be shown in the position of the rail bracket in the hoistway drawings, but shall not interfere with the
reserved hole of the landing buttons.)
In case the hoistway is in a brick structure, a ring beam is required, of which the height is not less than 300mm, to be placed, so as to
install the rail bracket. (The position of the ring beam shall be shown in the position of the rail bracket in the hoistway drawing.)
Installation of emergency exit doors when the distance between the sills of two adjacent landing doors is more than 11m.
(1) Actual values may differ from the above according to the specifications.
(2) The rated short circuit breaking capacity is 7.5KA.
(3) When power capacity is selected, the voltage drop at full load and acceleration current should be fluctuated.
(4) Please prepare grounding wire specifications according to relevant local codes.
It would be better not to arrange the space that the people can enter below the pit.
Machine Room
The structure of the machine room and fire-proofing work, and the installation of the entrance (Includes noise reduction work and
provisions for smoke detector(s) as required).
In the machine room, each elevator shall be separately equipped with a master switch capable of cutting off all power supply circuits;
and this switch shall be capable of cutting off the maximum current when the elevator is in normal use, and have the stable off position
and on position, so as to be locked with a padlock or other equivalent locking device in the off position.
Providing holes in the machine room (the floor must be able to bear 700kg/ m2)
Providing holes for machine support beams in the machine room and filling work after installation.
Lightweight concrete and dustproof finish after the piping work on the machine room floor.
Provisions for the entrance of the traction machine and other machineries and its restoration.
Provisions for a lifting beam or hook for the machine in the machine room (Note the capacity of the beam/ hook.).
Installation of a window and louver for sun light.
Installation of stairs to access the machine room.
Installation of a ladder and guardrail is required if the floor difference in the machine room is more than 500mm.
Relevant Elevator Equipment
Installation of the switchboard for power in the machine room and the lead and wiring of power supply and lighting to the control
panel of the elevator. (The supply voltage fluctuation shall be within ±7%)
Piping and wiring for interphones and emergency alarm outside the hoistway and machine room.
Provisions for lighting equipment in the machine room. (The brightness of the floor in the machine room shall not be less than 200lx)
Provisions for exhaust fan(s) or air conditioning equipment in the machine room. (The air temperature in the machine room shall be kept
within 5℃~ 40℃.)
Provisions for a power socket for machine room and pit inspections.
Hoistway Lighting. Install low-voltage (30W) lamps 0.5 meters from the highest and lowest points in the hoistway respectively and at
every 7m (maximum) in the middle of the hoistway. The illuminance above the car roof and at 1m above the ground of the pit shall be
50lx at least. A switch for the hoistway lighting will be installed in the machine room and pit respectively.
Other Notes
Please use a high-order harmonic prevention product if the electric leakage breaker or electric leakage alarm is installed. arranged.
In the building, a 500mm clearance distance must be maintained when installing the telecommunication cable and power line of the
elevator.
The corroding metal, damaged and insulated gas and conductive dust shall not be provided in the machine room and the hoistway.
Storage for elevator parts and installation materials shall be provided.
