The social criteria are defined by: Conventions of the International Labor Organization (ILO), the Universal Declaration of Human Rights; the article n. 32 of the “Convention on the Rights of the Child”. 14 www.centraleacquisti.regione.lombardia.it Centrale Regionale Acquisti 2011 – Towards the “sustainable purchases”: dialogue The approach adopted for the introduction of the social criteria in the CRA tendering procedures is based on the Transparency and Traceability of the supply chain. This approach involves the construction of a structured dialogue between the Contracting Authority and the suppliers. The dialogue is composed by two steps: INFORMATION and MEETING with suppliers INTRODUCTION in tendering procedures of the contract conditions dealing with social purposes.
