2. This Warranty covers only genuine ALSCO Brand Products and it is the Property owner’s responsibility to verify that the
Products are ALSCO Brand Products.

Protection Devices and Aluminum Gutter Accessories used In their installation.

REGISTRATION OF WARRANTY COVERAGE
IN ORDER FOR YOU TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR COVERAGE UNDER THIS WARRANTY,THE ATTACHED WARRANTY REGISTRATION
CARD MUST BE COMPLETED AND SIGNED BY YOU AND THE DEALER WHO INSTALLED YOUR PRODUCTS AND IT MUST BE
RETURNED TO ARP WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER COMPLETION OF THE INSTALLATION.
TRANSFER OF WARRANTY
This Warranty is transferable by you to subsequent owners of the Property; provided, however, that ARP receives written notice of the
transfer of title of the Property within thirty (30) days of the date that ownership is transferred; provided, further, that this Warranty
may be transferred only one time. Failure to so notify ARP will relieve ARP of any further obligations under this Warranty. In the event
you properly transfer this Warranty, the Warranty period will be thirty (30) years from the date of installation.

to request a claims package. IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR WARRANTY COVERAGE, YOU MUST REQUEST AND
RETURN A CLAIMS PACKAGE WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS OF THE DATE THE DEFECT IS FIRST DISCOVERED OR
REASONABLY COULD HAVE BEEN DISCOVERED.
ARP will reply to you within a reasonable period of time after it receives your claim, and it reserves the right
to require you to furnish additional information or evidence. Further, ARP reserves the right to inspect the

IN TORT, BY CONTRACT OR PURSUANT TO A STATUTE, IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PRODUCT(S).
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclurights, which vary from state to state.
Any costs or expenses beyond those expressly assumed by ARP under this Warranty shall be the responsibility of
the property owner(s).
CONDITIONS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY

Fading and color change are not covered by this Warranty, since normal weathering (i.e., exposure to sunlight
and extremes of weather and temperature) and the normal aging process will cause any colored surface to fade
(whether uniformly or not), darken, chalk or acquire a surface accumulation of dirt, mold, mildew or stains. The
severity of these conditions depends on air quality, the geographic location of your Property and other local conditions (including unequal exposure of the installed Products(s) to the sun and other elements) over which ARP has
no control.
Product(s) are not intended for use within one (1) mile of any body of salt water, and this Warranty will not apply
to any Product(s) installed within one (1) mile of any body of salt water.
Direct contact of Aluminum Product(s) with certain dissimilar materials or contact with the water run-off from such
materials is likely to result in corrosion, which is not covered by this Warranty. Therefore, care should be exercised
to avoid contact of Aluminum Product(s) with any corrosive materials during installation, including, but not limited
