We at Ingersoll recognize the influence we played in the history of timepiece development,
having been the first to mass produce wrist & pocket watches in 1893.
Ingersoll is also the first to ever license a Disney watch with Mickey Mouse on the dial,
creating the first character watch in known history.
The amazingly successful concept changed product marketing forever.
Since the first Mickey Mouse dial designed by Ingersoll and the Walt Disney Company in
1933, these timepieces have consistently appealed to the collector thanks to their
novelty look and quality movements.
Within a matter of a few years from launch in 1932, 2.5 million Mickey Mouse watches
were sold, and in 1957 the 25 millionth watch was presented to Walt Disney himself.
Ingersoll Disney watches perfectly embody the charm and history Disney represents to
this day.
Since its successful start, multiple brands have stemmed from Ingersoll Disney:
The 1930’s Collection, which are based off of the original watches that started it all.
Classic Time, which offer more modern styles & iconic characters.
