FREIGIIT REVENUE CHAMBER SHARE TARIFF
In accordance with the provision according to the the last paragraph of 5114 numbered TOBB Act
Article 26 stated as below, the following proportions will be charged as Chamber Freight Revenue
Share Fee:
" Amount to be calculated according to the ratio to be offered by Chamber management committee
board, taking into consideration the international application of 0.005
ratio and not exceeding it and the annual regular subscription fee; to be charged over all freight profit
collected from loading and discharging of, foreign-flagged vessels not registered to any chamber in
Turkey which are loading from and discharging to ports of Turkey, and Turkish-flagged ships
operated by natural or legal person merchants; or to be cÖllected over gross tonnage of cruise and
passenger ships (seperate for depaıtures and arrivals); will be paid within 15 days by themselves, their
representatives or their agents to the Chamber of Shipping at the related port or to the Chamber of
Industry and Trade or Chamber of Trade if there is no Chamber of Shipping seffled at the related

For the above mentioned amounts , foreign currency purchase rate of exchange of National Bank of
Turkey will be taken as basis,
FREIGHT REVENUE CHAMBER SHARE TARIFF APPLICATION GENERAL PRINCIPLES
If there is more than one charter party, every charter pağ agent or representative will pay freight
revenue share seperately. The event of different charter parties on one ship will be determined by
whom the freight invoice, bill of lading and cargo delivery documents handed to the recipient paığ are
written and the summary statement given to the Customs. Transit cargoes transported from a foreign
port to another foreign port via seaway are exempt from freight revenue share tariff, Mersin Chamber
of Shipping may request documents to prove the transit cargo if needed. Mersin Chamber of Shipping
may request documents to prove the price of freight transport stated in 'Freight Revenue Chamber
Share Notice Form'.
