Important and extremely difficult to acquire, extensive Autograph Collection of First Ladies of the United States which runs from Martha Washington
to Michelle Obama. It includes; Autographed Letters, Photos Cards, etc. items being signed during either their husband’s Presidential and/or
Non-Presidential periods.
There are Over 75 Signed “First Lady” Items, all collected and housed within Two Custom Binders with brown leather covers, measuring 14.5”
x 13” having special Gilt Lettering which reads, “Wives of Presidents.” As added “bonus” material with this collection, some items are written
fully in the hand of the Signer herself and other facimile and/or secretarial signatures, which are provided at no added value in our conservative
estimate range. NOT PRESENT are: Abigail Adams, Elizabeth Monroe, Letita Tyler, Margaret Taylor, Abigail Fillmore, Eliza Johnson, and
Ellen Wilson. Collection is sold “as is” and as a single lot. These Autographs are generally accompanied by folders with extensive additional
pedigree and historic information on the subject, supporting documentation, and various Certificates of Authenticity. The “First Lady” Autographs
