BUILDERS REMARKS: Designed in collaboration between the architect Alex Simonis and Robertson & Caine. The
Leopard 47 is the best combination of space, performance, quality and value. Built in Cape Town, South Africa
and outfitted with US equipment, including complete electronics, generator and air conditioning. The Leopard 47
features a galley up, private and spacious heads, an aft platform with direct easy access to the cockpit, and
great performance under power and sail.
BROKERS REMARKS: "POGEYAN" is in fine condition. This yacht was professionally maintained by The Moorings
from her delivery from the factory until the present owner took ownership in 2011.
Available on the vessel - recorded in a journal. All items serviced within service time frame; all routine
maintenance done according to manufacturers recommendations; vessel equipped with thousands of dollars in
spares and consumables; all equipment evaluated both prior to and after passages; visual inspections performed
routinely; jib currently removed for repair of small tear due to thread failure; complete engine evaluation by
Yanmar certified mechanic 2013 during extensive haul out; current engine maintenance by licensed trained

Rigging is ordered from the original rigger, Southern Spars of cape Town South Africa. New dyform rigging with
Staylok terminals should arrive shortly (7/15). The rigging is not yet installed and the date of installation
remains undetermined at present.

This yacht was professionally maintained by The Moorings from her delivery from the factory the present owner took ownership

equipment evaluated both prior to and after passages; visual inspections performed routinely; jib currently removed for repair
of small tear due to thread failure; complete engine evaluation by Yanmar certified mechanic 2013 during extensive haul out;

Deck stain under gas containers port hull (stain can be removed but since gas containers continue to occupy the space the
stain has not been addressed).
Small crack in doorway sb and port forward fiberglass noted upon purchase of vessel in 2011 and labeled "cosmetic" by
surveyor. Appears unchanged after 5 years of ownership.
Repair of damage to sb transom sugar scoop found on purchase of vessel in 2011. Cosmetic and noted only by slight
difference in gel coat color.
Faucets/shower heads in toilets work well but are unattractive with discoloration.
Shore power cord damage due to short. New power cable cord on board but not wired.
