Additional Info:
Volumetric Metering Pump – The pump is the crucial
component that makes Sanction Technology the most
accurate fluid metering system in lane machines. This
pump has been adapted from designs in the medical
industry that are used specifically for applying drop by
drop accuracy.
Tech Tip...
Draining The Oil Tank - Kegel recommends draining the
FMI Oil Pump - 154-1214
conditioner tank every 3-4 months to ensure a clean internal
system. Remove the tank and proceed to drain out all of the
conditioner. Visually inspect the tank filter and remove to clean
if necessary. You can flush the tank out with fresh conditioner.
Reinstall and refill. Flush conditioner lines if changing to a
different conditioner and remember to match the pressure
regulator tubing with the viscosity of conditioner being used.
Refer to your owner’s manual for more detailed instructions.

This is a must-have item for Phoenix® and Phoenix-S™ model A
and B customers. This upgrade will widen the wheelbase of your
existing machine and make it much more stable in the transport and
storage position. This upgrade takes approximately 30 minutes to
install with very few tools required.
8.72 Four-Speed Upgrade
The older Phoenix® pad machines were somewhat limited
on the amount of conditioner that could be applied with the
available speeds and Thoughtware. With the 8.72 upgrade you
can increase the volume of the oil in the front part of the lane
by having a slower, 4th drive speed. Other options include
slower travel speeds in the pit area, additional manager’s
menu options, and KOSI compatibility. KOSI will only work in
machines that have 8.72 or later Thoughtware.
Cushion Roller Wrap
Adding the patented cushion roller wrap greatly improves the
