Soccerworldcyprus organizes the annual Ayia Napa Easter international youth soccer Festival from Friday 11th
until Tuesday 15th April 2014. The whole event is organized in association with the Municipality of Ayia Napa tourist
resort and Ayia Napa Athletic Club.
Dear Sir / Madam,
I would like to invite your team to participate in the Easter International Youth Soccer Festival in a venue that can only be described as one of
the most famous soccer activities in Cyprus. I assure you of a real soccer festival, with high standard of football and lots of fun for the young
future soccer stars.
The aims of the tournament are:
• To provide a high quality tournament for elite and good standard teams as well as all other kinds of academies and soccer schools, played
on good quality grass pitches and managed to a high professional level
• To promote international friendships between different countries amongst children
• To promote the Cyprus tourist resort of Ayia Napa as one of the best places in the world for holidays
• We want to provide visitors the opportunity to look around our place, learn about the Cyprus culture, the traditions and the customs of local
people.

PRIZES PER AGE GROUP
• Maximum of 16 teams per age group unless there is availability of
more pitches
• Cup and medals for 1st, 2nd. Winners/ medals for teams reaching
semifinals and foreign teams
• All participating teams will be placed in groups of minimum 4 teams
• Fair play prize for best behaved team
• Minimum of 3/4 tournament games for each team
• Prize for finals player of the match
• Possibility of friendly games if needed
• Prize for first scorer
• Grass pitches
• Prize for best goalkeeper (general appearance in accordance with
goals deceived)
• Free refereeing & medical care for the matches

Information
INDIVIDUAL & TEAM INSURANCE
AGE CERTIFICATES
Teams are responsible for the issue of their own travel insurance as
well as appropriate insurance cover against all team and individual
team members medical and injury expenses and compensations for
any kind of damage and any kind of loss.
Group leaders must carry with them during games original passports/
birth certificates or identity cards of the football players together with
the official tournament list of players separated per age group.
All of the above documents should be original or certified as true
copies by official authority or the tournament organizers.
Copies of the above documents must be handed in to the organizing
committee before the start of the tournament or upon arrival.

PROGRAM OF EVENTS
The Tournament organizers will operate on the basis of
first come first served as far as participations and
accommodation is concerned. They will also try to
operate on the basis as described in this brochure but
will retain the right to change the program in line with
outside influences such as inclement weather,
late changes to fixtures or for any other reason.
The program of events can be extended before or after
the tournament to meet the individual requirements
especially of overseas teams.

TEAM PARTICIPATION & ACCOMMODATION COSTS
With application & enrolment the fee of 200 EURO is payable. Deadline for application &
payment of the above amount is the 31st January 2014. Participation & accommodation
fees per person per day are included in our package price as follows: (500euro deposit by
15th february 2014 for accommodation reservation / part of total cost).
€60.00euro per person per night of accommodation in quality hotel or hotel apts. All
accommodation choices are situated in Ayia Napa & Protaras tourist resorts (5 to10
minutes distance by bus to the football fields and to the center of Ayia Napa).
(3/4 Players per room / or otherwise depending on total number of players). For
accommodation in double rooms there is an extra charge of €10.00 per person per day, and
for accommodation in single room there is an extra charge of €20.00 per person per day.
