• Security deposit IDR. 5.000.000 (refundable if no damage)
For venue only rental, there will be no corkage fee to bring outside caterer
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PREPARATION:
Preparation for wedding setup will be discuss 1 week before wedding day
(one day setup or 1 day before wedding day). curfew time will be at 10.30pm.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT:
Every effort will be made to have the room available by 2pm on the day of arrival.
Check out time is 12noon, unless prior arrangements have been made.
CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY/ EARLY DEPARTURE:
Any cancellation within 21 (twenty one) days during low season and 30 (thirty) days
during high and peak season is subject to one night cancellation fee. Cancel on the date
of arrival; no show and early departure are subject to 100% cancellation fee of the total
number of room nights reserved.
PEAK SEASON POLICY (applied for 20th December to 5th January):
Minimum 3 nights per booking is required.
There is no Check In and Check out on 31st December.
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
30% after confirmation and Full payment 1 month before events
