Presentation
Our new custom clothing program for clubs has more than 20
years of expertise in triathlon behind it, now making available
our high performance gear in custom designs for your club. Our
aim in offering this program is for the process to be as simple as
possible for clubs to access custom technical clothing. With this
in mind, we’ve created an online platform where every club can
customize both training and race gear.
THE BRAND
Orca is inspired by the open sea and its natural
spirit of freedom. Founded in New Zealand but
possessing a global outlook, Orca was created in
1992 because former triathlon champion Scott
Unsworth was passionate about creating better,
faster wetsuits than those on the market at the
time. That relentless desire to use cutting edge
innovation to fuel the best performance remains
with us today.
The Orca name evokes the instinct and prowess
of the powerful ruler of the oceans. Like the
Orca whale, our designs have always been
organic, streamlined and in tune with nature.
We are one of the original triathlon brands. And
because we have always been a brand that is by
triathletes, and for triathletes, we know triathlon
better than anyone else. It’s one of the reasons
behind our international success and why we
continue to be used by so many top triathletes.

THE SERVICE
The main aim of this platform is to make the
ordering process as simple as possible for each
club to order their customized kit:
•From different available designs on a trisuit the
club can then select different combinations of
colors, logos and names
•When the user selects a design, our online tool
exports that design to the 109 different styles
available within the Orca custom range divided
into cycling, swim, running, accessories and casual
clothing.
•After registering on the platform the club can
open their own shop for its members either
with all the range or with just the pre-selected
styles. All triathletes can then access the shop
individually, choose their products and make an
individual purchase.
•Once designs and purchase are finalized, the club
will receive the order in 7 weeks
THE PRODUCT
The complete Orca custom collection is made
up of 109 different styles that you will be able to
customize with the image from your club. It will
include kid’s sizing in order to cover the needs of
triathlon in schools. This collection includes:
•Triathlon (19 styles) with both PRO and CLUB
ranges
•Swim (8 styles) with options for KIDS
•Cycling (44 styles) with PRO and CLUB ranges
and accessories
•Running (34 styles) with options for Kids
•Casual (4 styles)

Orca is a brand that was born with triathlon, in the hardest
conditions. Orca has won World Championships across every
distance: Olympic, 70.3 and Full Ironman. We work on a daily
basis with our athletes to get their feedback and test new
products. Only when our product development team are satisfied
that we have achieved the desired outcomes for each style that
they’re signed off for going to market. This only happens after
hundreds of kilometers spent on the road, velodrome and in the
wind tunnel. From doing this, we are sure that the range we’re
offering in custom will give you the best performance whatever
the conditions.

COMPETITIONS
Orca has presence at the top in all distances and disciplines within
triathlon, from Olympic to Cross Triathlon, and Long Distance
(Ironman) to Half Distance (70.3). In the last two seasons our
athletes have achieved World Titles across every distance and we
already have four athletes qualified for Rio 2016 in the Olympic
distance triathlon. These 20 years of experience at the top is how
we get the knowhow to make the best triathlon gear.

CYCLING
Cycling is the longest leg in triathlon, not only on race day, but
also for all the training hours required. This is why a balance
between comfort and performance is key. As part of team Orca
we have the two fastest cyclists in triathlon: Andrew Starykowicz
and Sebastian Kienle. These technically focused athletes have
tested and provided invaluable feedback to help us perfect our
custom cycling range so that it achieves this balance for you.
