in the current difficult economic climate. While the Neoris heritage originated from LATAM,
organizationally Neoris is a US corporation with worldwide headquarters in Miami, FL. All contracts
are executed with Neoris USA thus ensuring the stability of familiar legal rules and regulations.

Neoris is very active in building and maintaining strong relationships with the best universities and the
most influential government agencies in the region. Neoris is heavily involved with Monterrey Tech
which is known as the “MIT of Latin America”. We have CEMEX executives on their Board of Directors
and we have a program of offering Apprentice Jobs for their top students. This provides Neoris with a
high quality pipeline of the best technology talent in Latin America.
Full Employment Model
Neoris is one of the few firms in Latin America that has a full employment model versus a
subcontractor model. The full employment model is very attractive competitively in Mexico and Latin
America due to the fully funded retirement programs that are government dictated for full employees
as well as other employee benefits that are offered. This helps explain why the Neoris attrition rate is
the lowest in the industry.
Strong Knowledge Management and Training Practice
This group provides advanced technology skills training as a service offering for our clients. We also
use these capabilities for our own staff allowing us to provide advanced training with their current
technology skills and allowing us to cross train employees in new or related technologies. This training
capability not only grows our skills, it also helps in the retention of our employees. It is another reason

To facilitate this strategy we have built a sophisticated resource management function that has the
responsibility for matching client requirements for talent and our existing resource pool and/or our
