VINIFICATION
Previously destemmed grapes go through low temperature prefermentative maceration for 24
hours. The alcoholic fermentation is done in stainless steel vats with temperature control to 27º. C
for 12 days. 4 months ageing in French and American oak barriques.

Alcohol: 14% vol. / Total Acidity: 5,6 g/l / pH: 3,64

TASTING NOTES
A great example of an Alentejo wine. Deep strong colours and pleasant aromas in the nose
showing ripe red fruits and floral notes. A vibrant fruity wine, with elegant notes of wood, fine
structure and a great balanced, persistent and pleasurable finish.
