Our office furniture begins with hand-selected
hardwoods that are blemish free. We continually check for perfection in the wood in the
rough planing stage, and as we sand it to
a silky smoothness. Only then, when the
material has passed every test, do we assemble our furniture to exacting tolerances and
finish it with the world’s top paints and stains.

Penwood uses a variety of different

A sample of any stain is available upon request.
Spire uses only Ohio Certified Stains (OCS),
known for making very consistent stain colors.
Ohio Certified Stains keeps all their master
stain samples wrapped and stored in the
dark to ensure no change to the color. And
they create new samples periodically to
maintain consistency. Below are stains that
are recommended for each wood species.
Brown Maple
Our Flame Birch will generate a lot of heat
with consumers. Fire’s characteristic of flaring
up and dying down is mimicked perfectly
by the uneven distribution of the grain.
