PRINCIPLES
The functioning principles of VP Holding are: organizing the activity on sectors, planning,
monitoring and working with instruments.
1. Organisation – VP Holding is a business platform with 5 autonomously organised
sectors: business and investment area development sector, concept and design sector,
consulting and management sector, marketing sector and support services sector.
2. Planning – is the organizational process that gives each activty a time argument
and a well-defined purpose. In VP Holding, work is targeted and focused on development
areas. We work on objects, for which we organise projects, structured in phases and
materialised in deliverables, through tasks and to do's.
3. Monitoring – permanent supervision and control of time budgets, deadlines, work
load and resources to obtain the planned result. Monitoring is realised using the Time
Management System, a VP Holding owned product, a software - firmware - peopleware
application, dedicated to resource management.
4. Instruments – are predefined tools used for attaining deliverables. Instruments are
customized to increase products' quality and reduce deadlines. The VPH Toolkit integrates
management and working instruments. Technology, information and know-how are
stocked in physical and digital data bases – the VPH Library and VPH Archive.
The functioning principles, the management instruments and the coordination of
processes that assure the interdependency between VP Holding's subdivisions are
grouped in Self Management System.

HISTORY
With over a decade of activity and experience in the Romanian business
environment, VP Holding distinguished itself as one of the few organizational
entities capable of offering integrated solutions and services to a wide range
of clients, in a vast array of domains.
VP Holding history starts with providing consultancy services to access
grants. In time, the start-up structure needed a larger market and different
internal specialties that were gradually shaped into companies. The next
developing stage was to focus all services on market segments, specific
sectors and independent groups of companies.
This is the expansion policy of VP Holding that led to the current organisational
structure.
In 2012 VP Holding has started to expand on foreign markets, by opening a
subsidiary in the Republic of Moldova.
