Our bracelets are made from 100% silicone
so they are stronger and more durable than
regular rubber bracelets. The design is deeply
debossed (melted into the material), allowing
for high precision and detail. We can use your
provided graphic and/or text, and apply it to
your choice of colors! There are no limits for
extra letters, and logos are more than welcome!

Set-Up:
There are no mold charges, set-up fees, or any other costs except freight PROVIDED you send the artwork
in the format specified, and you are not adding rush charges.
Lead Time: Standard lead time is 3 weeks for the order to ship. Add transit time from Lexington, KY.
Rush:
2 week rush: $0.25(u) per unit. 1 week rush: $0.50(u) per unit. You MUST call Wristbands America
at (888) 272-7773 for permission prior to accepting rush orders. At that time we will also quote air
shipping charges to you if required.
Freight:
We use UPS and charge a flat rate of $8.00(z) for each shipment in the continental U.S. Orders to HI &
AK are charged: (z) 40-100pc $14 101-250pc $22 251-500pc $35 501-1,000 $58
1,000+ $58 per1,000. This amount must be prepaid with the order.
Pre-Pay:
All orders must be pre-paid. We maintain our ability to produce quality, USA made products at affordable
prices by avoiding the costs of managing receivables. We accept VISA and Mastercard only, or company
checks with 2 weeks to clear before shipping.
Artwork:
Artwork must be provided by the distributor in VECTOR format, either Adobe Illustrator CS or before (.ai)
or CorelDraw12 or before (.cdr) in pc format. Convert all fonts to curves. Artwork not in this format will
incur art charges of $60(z) per hour, min. charge: $20(z) Send artwork to: [email protected]
Include in e-mail ALL contact information for distributor. If order is to ship directly to customer, include
customer name and UPS address. (No PO boxes.) E-mail artwork in the EXACT size it is to be on the
bracelet. We will deboss at this size without resizing, unless you request resizing after viewing the proof.
Maximum debossing area:
3.5” x 0.36”

Bracelet circumference: 8” Bracelet height: 0.5” Single line text without graphics looks best between .18”and
.21” height. Graphics generally look best at full height. (0.36”) NOTE: Largest box above represents
circumference of bracelet. Notice you still have margin above and below the box which represents the max
debossing area. Feel free to bring your design all the way to the top and bottom edge of the maximum
debossing area box. We deboss at 600 dpi. If it looks good on paper at actual size, it will work.
Cancel:
Before production begins: 10% cancellation fee.(z) Remainder will be credited to credit card used. After
production begins: Full charge for any product already made, 10% cancellation fee (z) on portion not yet

Colors:
Standard colors are shown on the sales sheet. No other colors are available for typical sized orders. Colors
can be freely mixed within an order, with a minimum of 20 per color. i.e., a 100 piece order may be split into
50 red and 50 blue at no extra charge. We do not have “multi” color bracelets, only solid colors are available.
“Multi” colors are hand-loaded Chinese products and are typically inferior quality. Solid color custom PMS
matched bracelets may be available for orders over 20,000 pieces. Please inquire.
Size:
Standard size is approx. 8” circumference. These are the exact same size as the Lance Armstrong
“Livestrong” bracelets. They are a true “one size” and work for elementary schools through adult.
Content:
Wristbands America will not produce designs which contain profanity or lewd content. We also will not make
designs which infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or licenses. By submitting a design, you are representing
that you are legally entitled to use the design, and agree to indemnify Wristbands America from any claims
which may arise due to your use of the design.
Proofs:
A .pdf format proof will be sent before the order is produced, unless you indicate on your order “no proof
required.” Wristbands America is not responsible for errors in design unless a proof is approved. This proof
will be sent in a format that does not identify us, and will be suitable to forward on to your customer. Proofs
can also be faxed upon request.
Foreign:
All orders shipping out of the USA MUST ship to a USA based freight forwarder. If your client does not
have a freight forwarder, we can only ship to the USA based ASI distributors address.
Returns:
Only defective items can be returned. RMA numbers are required. Call (888) 272-7773.
