(To Honor & Remember Friends & Loved Ones Affected by Ovarian
Cancer & Other Female-related cancers)
To promote awareness of the whispering symptoms of ovarian cancer, the Ovarian
Cancer Coalition of Central South Carolina will release hundreds of butterflies as part
of September’s National Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month. Butterflies are available
for purchase (pre-ordered only, not for sale at the event) for $25 each in memory
or honor of loved ones with ovarian and other female-related cancers. Deadline
for butterfly orders is Sept. 8. Come enjoy butterflies, music, and inspirational speakers. (Bring a lawn chair.) PLEASE NOTE: In case of inclement weather, event
will be cancelled.
