to reward employees. Gift Cards are
disposable – you cannot recharge or
reload the card once the limit has been

Wallet Card: designed to fix expenditure
at a set limit, these are perfect cards

be issued with an initial ballance and

Please make sure that all your cards
are safe.
Should you lose any of your cards,
report the loss to your nearest branch
straight away, or call our call-centre
internationally on 00965 804080. You
need to report the loss immediately, so
that we can safeguard your money by
blocking your account from fraudulent
use.
Never write down or disclose your PIN
number. If you must write it down, do
so somewhere separate from the cards,
in a safe place at home. Make the
numbers look like a phone number in
your address book to disguise them,
just in case of theft.
If you are shopping online using a
computer other than your own, do
not save your entered information or
passwords, or others may be able to
access your card details.
Always sign your cards with a ballpoint
pen as soon as you get them.
Once you report the matter to the Bank,
all use of the cards will be cancelled
and a new card and PIN number will be
issued.
