A Brasserie Flo restaurant opens in the center of Val d'Europe Groupe Flo presents this unique offer in the Eastern part of the Paris region Val d'Europe, 30 March 2011 – The downtown area of Val d’Europe, developed by Euro Disney in partnership with the public authorities, welcomes a new Brasserie Flo. The restaurant opens today at the corner of avenue Hergé and rue d'Ariane, at the foot of the Relais Spa created by the Réside Etudes real estate group, with a hotel residence that opened in April of 2010. Brasserie Flo Val d'Europe will seat 141 clients and employ between 35 and 40 persons (20/25 employees in the dining room and some fifteen in the kitchen). Clients will be able to enjoy a meal at any time, 7 days a week, from 7 AM to midnight, whether breakfast with a buffet formula for clients of the hotel residence, lunch – with a comnined offer: express and traditional brasserie – tea room, and dinner. A room for seminars will adjoin the restaurant and parking facilities are foreseen and in the long term an outdoor terrace, overlooking the street, will also welcome clients. Groupe Flo’s project represents a catering offer that is both refined and friendly, typical of the "brasserie spirit" of the Paris downtown neighborhood restaurants, not yet seen in the Seine-et-Marne nor in the Eastern part of the Paris region. Francis Borezée, Vice-President Real Estate and Tourism Development of Euro Disney, declared: "A Brasserie Flo in the heart of the urban center will give a typical Parisian touch to Val d'Europe. It will thus complete the large, existing catering offer in the nearby surroundings, whether it is at Place d'Ariane and Place de Toscane, in the heart of the regional shopping pole, or at Disney Village, right next to the Disney theme parks". 1 About the Brasseries Flo and the Groupe Flo In 1968, Jean Paul Bucher bought la Brasserie Flo, rue des petites écuries in Paris and thus created Groupe Flo. In the years that followed various well-known Parisian brasseries were in turn bought by the Groupe, such as Flo, Julien, Le Vaudeville, Bofinger, Le Bœuf sur le Toit, La Coupole, as well as many in the province such as Beaux Arts in Toulouse and the Excelsior in Nancy. These traditional brasseries carry a wealthy cultural and artistic past and all have beautiful, authentic decors. The Brasserie spirit entails a particular decor, history, cuisine, and professions … The dynamic staff in the dining rooms cheerfully welcomes each client with care, attentive to the smallest detail and keen to each person’s needs. This is the brasserie spirit, a combination of good cheer, traditional dishes, friendliness and professionalism that give the Brasseries Flo that special atmosphere we all like to find for our special occasions. The shiny mirrors reflect the spick and span brass trimmings and one admires the setting as much as what is in one’s dish! The talented chef and his team offer at each service a selection of dishes that is regularly renewed. The menu presents above all traditional specialties, and a wise compromise between original recipes and eternal specialties, using exclusively French products. The Brasseries Flo are open 365 days a year from noon to 2: 00 AM, according to the restaurants. • Flo is present in: Paris, Strasbourg, Metz, Nancy, Nice, Reims, Toulouse, Marseille, Aurillac, Dijon, Mulhouse, Versailles, at the Roissy CDG1 airport, Amsterdam, Eindhoven, Maastricht, Luxembourg, Lisbon • Future openings: Val d'Europe, Roissy en France, Abidjan, The Hague About Euro Disney Associés S.C.A.
