RULES: The show will be conducted according to the American Cat Fanciers Association (ACFA) show rules, available on the
ACFA website (http://www.acfacat.com) for a small fee from the ACFA Central Office (417-725-1530).
HEALTH: This is a non-vetted show. No veterinary inspection will be required prior to benching. The club advises all cats and
kittens be immunized against feline enteritis, calici virus and rhinotracheitis at least three weeks prior to the show. Any animal
from a cattery or house where there has been any infectious or contagious illness within 21 days prior to the show will not be
allowed in the show hall. Entries must be free of fleas, ear mites and fungus (ringworm) infections. Show management reserves
the right to remove any cats that show signs of contagious illness or disease. All claws must be trimmed. If claws are not
trimmed, it will be done at the show at the exhibitor’s expense.
LIABILITY: Neither the show management, Central Wisconsin Cat Club, any member of the club, ACFA nor the Faith Christian
Academy will be responsible, or assume any liability, for any loss, damage, injury or accidents to any person, animal or property.
We reserve the right to refuse admission, and to remove any person or animal from the show hall, in the best interest of the
show and exhibitors.
CHILDREN: This show is for the display and competition of cats. While well-behaved children are welcome, a full day at a
show can be boring and tiring for them. If an exhibitor or spectator brings a disruptive child, the child will be asked to leave.
There will be no refund of entry or admission fees.
SUPPLIES: The club will provide litter. Exhibitors will bring their own cat food, water, dishes and litter pans.
CAGES: Our cages measure 22”x22”x44” (double cage) and 22”x22”x22” (single cage). Exhibitors must bring coverings for
the top, sides and bottom of your cage. Please contact Susan Voeks or Patti Day for details.
SALES CAGES: Sales cages are available for exhibitors only. Minimum price for cat/kitten sales is $150.00. No kittens are to
be sold from carriers under tables or from vehicles in the parking lot.
KITTENS: No kitten under the age of four months will be allowed in the show hall. Kittens in the show hall must have been
born on, or before, 1-16-15 for the Saturday show and 1-17-15 for the Sunday show. No older than 8 months.
HOUSEHOLD PETS: Household Pets will be judged in all rings. They must be immunized at least three weeks prior to the
show, spayed or neutered (if over 8 months of age) and must be at least four months of age as of the show date to be entered
into the show. Although Household Pets can be declawed on the front feet, all remaining claws must be trimmed.
ACFA AWARDS: The show will be scored for ACFA Inter-American and Regional awards. Cats must be present to receive
final wins unless excused by the show manager prior the closing time of the show.
TRANSFERS: Transfers for the show on Sunday must be made with the Master Clerk on Saturday. No transfers will be
accepted on Sunday unless entered for Sunday only. All Championship entries should be registered at the time of the show. If
your cat obtains its 4 Winner’s Ribbons on Saturday, it must be transferred to Champion before it can be shown on Sunday. See
the Master Clerk for the necessary transfer form and fee.
PEOPLE FOOD: Great people food will be available in the show hall both days. Exhibitors - PLEASE patronize our caterer
while at the show and do not bring in your own food. If you are a member of a CAT club, you know how hard it is to have great
food and a good caterer. Thanks for your help and consideration!
SHOW HALL: This is a climate-controlled, non-smoking, wheelchair accessible show hall with free parking. No animal may be
left in the show hall overnight.
