•• All prize money must be claimed from the secretary’s office before 5pm Saturday.
NB: The secretary’s office will close at 5pm Saturday evening 9th May.
•• Exhibitors are required to sign for the collection of their exhibits between 5.00pm and 6.00pm Saturday 9th May.
•• Entries not collected by 6.00pm on Saturday 9th May shall be left at the Show Office and can only be collected on Sunday 10th May
•• No exhibit to be removed before 5.00pm on Saturday 9th May 2015
•• Points – 4 points 1st, 3 points 2nd, 2 points 3rd, 1 point for highly commended
•• Highly commended cards will be awarded at the judge’s discretion.
