This EZ Loader Should Probably Be in the Smithsonian!
No, this boat trailer’s not for sale. Fondly called EZ Loader 007,
this trailer was the seventh boat trailer ever manufactured by
the company fifty years ago. It was discovered well-preserved
in a boat owner’s garage – and was still in use! It was tough to
pry it from the hands of the owner, but when we offered him a
brand new EZ Loader in exchange, he jumped at the chance!

State-of-the-Art Electric Drum Brakes
It’s a extraordinary electro-magnetic brake system that
lets you control your brakes instead of the brakes
controlling you. It delivers the simplicity and durability of
a drum brake system combined with the safety and reliability of an electric braking system. The completely sealed
electrical system works in the water or out. Automatic
activation when you slow down and safe, reliable braking
via “cab control.” Cab control not included.
New Silver Cad Disk Brakes
These new quick-stopping disk brakes are a smart
addition to any boat trailer. Corrosion-resistant, these are
the perfect solution for difficult salt-water applications.
Channel Glide Bunk Covers
Our copolymer Channel Glides fit over standard 2x4 and
2x6 carpeted bunks and will make your boat slide &
glide on and off the trailer with ease! Recommended for
aluminum boats only. Retrofits many older models, too.
Torsion Axle Suspension System
Our incredible torsion axle suspension system delivers
the smoothest trailer ride you’ve ever experienced. This

EZ Loader Boat Trailers is offering an exciting new Extended Warranty Program that will extend trailer and
component protection for up to two extra years! Provided by
First Protection Corporation, the largest administrator of
marine service contracts in the United States, this extended
warranty covers all boat trailer parts and components
included in the original EZ Loader Boat Trailer manufacturer
warranty. Basically, the extended warranty picks up where
and when the original warranty expires.
In addition, if the owner sends the contract in with payment to First Protection Corp. within 30 days of the
purchase of the new EZ Loader Boat Trailer, the company will also include a Roadside Assistance Coverage
Plan, which includes assistance with flat tires. The policy costs $169.95 for single axle models and
$199.95 for multiple axle models. Claims require a mere $25.00 deductible per repair. Complete details

E Z Loader Boat Trailers, Inc., warrants each new E Z Loader Boat Trailer to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from date of purchase. E Z Loader shall repair
or replace, without charge, any parts found to be defective because of imperfect workmanship or materials, within a reasonable time after the trailer is returned at purchaser’s expense to any E Z Loader authorized
distributor or dealer. Who is Covered. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and does not extend to any other persons to whom the trailer may be transferred. What is Not Covered.
Provisions of this Warranty shall not apply to any product which is found to have been modified or altered in any way; nor shall the warranty apply to any defect or malfunction which was caused by
damage, unreasonable use, or failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance. The warranty will not cover damage caused by overloading the trailer beyond stated capacities or the use of
improperly installed weight distribution hitches in conjunction with hydraulic surge brakes. Due to the highly corrosive conditions a trailer is exposed to, rust formation is not covered. The warranty does not
cover winches, lights, couplers, brakes, tongue jacks, springs and tires or wheels, as these items are warrantied separately by their manufacturer. Other Limitations. Races, bearings and seals are covered
for 90 days from date of purchase. Any implied warranties, obligations, or liabilities, including but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability, shall be limited in duration to the two–year
duration of this written limited warranty. Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. The use of any unit as part of a rental fleet,
or use for commercial purposes, voids this warranty. The following are exclusions of E Z Loader warranty: Loss of time, inconvenience, towing charges, travel expenses, lodging, telephone, gas, loss or
damages to personal property or loss of wages. This warranty is intended to comply with the “Magnusson–Moss Warranty Federal Trade Commission Improvement Act” and any provisions of this warranty
or actions taken by E Z Loader pursuant to this warranty shall be construed accordingly. E Z Loader Boat Trailers, Inc., shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of this
or any other warranty, express or implied. Some states do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
