Valrhona has introduced its new retail range to the
United States. It includes origin and gourmet chocolate
bars plus home-baking products in matte black packages
with color-coded metallic cocoa flowers.
Grands Crus bars made from estategrown cocoa are available in two milk
chocolate and six dark chocolate flavors.
Moulded in tile-shaped bars scored with
asymmetric lines to break into pieces for
tasting and sharing. A 2.46 oz
bar has an s r p of $6.99.
Grands Crus 20 g bars are snack sized and
available in four flavors: Tanariva 33%, Jivara
Lait 40%, Caraïbe 66% and Guanaja 70%. Each
.7 oz bar has an s r p of $1.99.
Grands Crus 100 g bars with
