Remove the Lid from the Cooler.
Condition Bricks, per the Conditioning Instructions.
Remove the Product Carton.
Fill and seal the product inside the Product Carton.
Place (1) Frozen PCM6 Bricks into the bottom of the
Cooler.
7. Add (2) Frozen PCM6 Bricks on each side of the Product
Carton.
8. Add (1) Frozen PCM6 Bricks on each end of the Product
Carton.
9
Add (2) Frozen PCM6 Bricks on top of the Product Carton.
10. Place the Lid back on the Cooler.
11. Close and seal the Outer Carton for shipment.

Frozen Bricks (shown in blue)

Place the PCM6 Bricks into a freezer set at -20°C.
2.
Let PCM6 Bricks remain in the freezer for 72 hours before using.
NOTE: The PCM6 Bricks were conditioned for 72 hours during the
validation testing to produce the pre-qualified results. Any deviation
of this could result in a different thermal performance. Depending on
the number of Bricks and freezer capabilities, additional
conditioning time may be required.
3. Post-Condition the frozen Bricks at room temperature for 45
minutes before using.
