From Pride Packing, new crop Premium, Fancy, and Bin Fuji apples are available. Also from Pride
Packing, we have Premium Gold Delicious and Premium Gala. Premium Smitten Apples are still
available to order.
Apricots: Panta Pack 3 layer 80 series and 24lb VF apricots are in stock from Kingsburg Orchards.
Bananas: Chiquita Bananas are in stock with a steady market for next week in supply and cost.
Dole Baby & Plantain Bananas in stock with steady markets.
Berries: Strawberries—Market is steady. Blackberries—market is stronger on Northwest
berries. Blueberries—Market is stronger. 12/6oz are in stock. Raspberries—Market is steady on
Driscoll’s.
Cantaloupe: Market is steady on 9 ct and 12 ct Cantaloupe. 14 Bin Cantaloupe in stock and
moves to a special order when gone.
Citrus Variety: 15/2lb and 10/3lb bag clementines in stock. Peruvian Minneolas are in stock.
Chilean Murcotts are tight and expensive right now.
Figs: Black Mission Fig pints are steady. Brown Turkey and Green Kadota fig pints are finished.
Grapes: Welches Red, Green, and Black seedless grapes are in stock in bags and clamshells,
markets are steady and promotable. Pretty Lady Red, Green, and Black seedless grapes are in
stock and markets are steady and promotable. Look for the Hobgoblin label to being shipping
the middle of next week, Hobgoblin display bins will be available next week as well. Value P/L
Green grapes in stock. Red Globe down in price. Lunch Bunch snack grapes in stock. Welches 1lb

Limes: Lime market is high this week. 110 size is going to be cheapest right now.
Mangos: Jumbo Keitt Mangos 4/5 count are in stock and a good supply this week. The smaller
size mango market is steady.
Melons: Personal—Market is steady on personal melons. 9ct Dulcinea in stock. Watermelons—
Market is steady on bin seeded and seedless.
Melons: Variety— Variety melons market is steady. In stock now: Peacock label Galia, Orange
Flesh, Canari, Sharlyn, and Crenshaw.
Nectarines: Pride Packing has yellow and white nectarines available to order and are very
promotable now through September. Panta Packs, 24lb VF, 14lb Pouch Bags, and 24lb Farmer
Pack all in stock. Promotional opportunity continues on 54/56 Panta pack Yellow nectarines. Big

Oranges: Chilean and Australian Navels are in stock this week. Valencias are available in both

Artichokes: Artichoke market is steady on 12 count and 24 count short stem.
Asparagus: Market is stronger on Mexico 11lb large, on 11lb standard, 11lb jumbo, and 11lb
small.
Artisan Broccoli: Market is steady on Artisan Sweet Broccoli from Tanimura & Antle. 18 count is
in stock.
Avocados: Hurricane Newton has driven up the market and supplies are tight. California is 93%
finished, light supplies. Peru supply finished. Rain in Mexico is slowing their harvest. 48 count
and larger fruit are extremely short and strong. 60, 70, and 84 counts are extremely short and
strong. 20/3# bag Avocados are stronger.
Beans Green: Orange County label from California are in stock now and the market is higher.
Oregon grown from Case Farms are gapping until middle of next week.
Beets: Market is steady on 12ct bunches, 25lb bag Red beets, Chiogga and 25lb Gold beets. Love
beets, 12/8.8oz in stock and promotional opportunity on Organic Love beets.
Bok Choy and Nappa: Market is steady on Northwest Bok Choy, Nappa Cabbage, & California

Cucumbers Regular: Market is steady on 36 and 72ct Plains.
Cucumbers Euro: 12 count on hand out of Canada. Market is up a little.
Pickling Cucumbers: 25# Washington in stock now. Gherkin Pickles available on request.
Eggplant: Market is steady on eggplant this week. Local product will be back next week.
Daikon/Green Onions/Radishes: Market is stronger on 20# bulk Daikon. Green Onion market
is weaker on iceless from Boskovich and Iced from Cerighino Farms. Oregon Radishes from Cal
Farms is in stock and steady this week.
Greens: Market is steady on NW Collards and Mustard greens. It is steady on NW Red and Green
Chard. California Endive & Escarole market is steady. NW Green and California Tuscan Kale is
steady. Radicchio and Belgium Endive are steady.
Leeks: Market is steady on Ralph’s Greenhouse Washington Leeks.
Lettuce: Iceburg— The Iceburg market is stronger this week. Leaf— Green and Red Leaf is steady
on California product and on NW product. Romaine Lettuce market is steady on California and
steady on NW Romaine.
Mushrooms: White and Brown mushrooms supplies are tight this week. Portabella mushrooms
are in good supplies this week.
Onion: Regular— NW JBO Yellow Onions market is steady on local product. NW Red Jumbo market is steady. White market is steady. Sweet—Walla Wallas have finished up for the season. Bulk
Red Italian sweets in stock Hermiston Sweets now in stock.
Parsley: Market is steady on Italian and Curly Parsley from Boskovich and Cal Farms.
Peppers, Bell: Green— Market is steady out of Washington on L/XL sizes; California market is
higher. Choice market is higher out of Washington. Hot House—Market is steady on all sizes.
Field—Red market is lower and Yellow market is lower.
Peppers, Chili: The Chili Pepper market is steady right now with Local Chilis from Washington and
Oregon. Supplies are plentiful and very promotable. Tomatillos still coming out of Mexico this
week.

Peppers, Specialty: Mini Sweet Pepper market is stonger on 18/1# and 9/2# bags this week. Ginger market is gaining a bit of strength this week.
Potatoes: Color—Market is steady on Red and Yukon Golds out of Washington. White Rose
market is steady. Tasteful Selections in stock and supplies are steady. Russet— Market is steady
on cartons and bag russets, all new crop. Idaho Burbank’s/Kennebec’s are steady with good
supply.
Rapini: Market is steady on Rapini this week.
Rhubarb: Market is strong on 20lb Field Rhubarb. Once inventory is gone, they are done.
Root Vegetables: Market is steady on Rutabagas, Parsnips, and Turnips.
Shallots/Garlic: 20/1lb shallots in stock. Bulk shallots are tight. Garlic market is steady.
Snow and Snap Peas: The market is strong on Snap Peas and on Snow Peas.
Spinach: Carpinito is in a supply gap on Northwest spinach. Boskovich is in stock.
Squash: Soft—Zucchini market is steady with light local supply on hand. Yellow Squash local
market is finished. Grey Squash is steady. Hard—Market is steady on all NW Hard Squash. Local
Bins, all varieties will start this week, including mixed variety bins.
Tomatoes: Round and Roma tomatoes markets are expesive and very tight right now. Grape
tomato market is higher and cherry tomato market is higher. Cluster tomatoes and the 1 Layer
Hot House tomatoes are up a little this week.
Tomatoes, Specialty: From “Village Farms” promote Yellow Cherry tomatoes. Limited Edition
snack tomatoes in stock; look for Cherry, Red & Golden Grape, and Mixed Medley. From Sunset,
promote 1lb Kumatos. 2lb Roma Tomatoes in stock and promotable from Pinos Produce of San
Diego. Promote 4ct Vertuosos Vine Tomatoes from Windset Farms.
Yams: New crop #1 and Medium Beauregard Yams in stock. New crop #1 Sweet Potatoes in
stock. Yam and Sweet market is high with all new crop coming out of Dallas.

Apples: New crop Washington Honeycrisp in 27# Euro and 40# boxes are in stock. New Crop
Washington Fuji, Gala, Gold, Grannysmith are weaker. Red Delicious are due today. Macintosh
are in stock from Canada. New Crop Jonagold are in stock. Cripps Pink are done untill new crop
starts. Braeburn are done until new crop starts in late September. Bag apples: we currently have
12/3# Gold, Cripps Pink, & Fuji; and 12/2# Gala in stock. 12/2# Granny due this week.
Bananas: Market is steady on bananas this week on product of Mexico and Ecuador.
Berries: Market is steady on California Well Pict Strawberries. Raspberry market is very tight and
prorates from Driscolls. Blueberry market is stronger on all packs as Washington finishes up.
12/6oz in stock. Blackberry market is steady from Driscolls this week.
Citrus: Organic Satsuma Tangerines and Tangelos out of Peru are in stock. Market is stronger on
95/115ct lemons. Lime market is up a little and very tight, 200ct and 12/1# in stock. 48ct Rio
Grapefruit are steady out of California.
Grapes: Market is steady on Anthony Organics Red, Green and Black seedless 19# grapes. Size,
condition and flavor are very good. Anthony label 8/2# clamshell green and red grapes in stock.
Kiwi: Market is steady on 33ct, volume fill and 20/1# cases. Organic 10/1# pouch bag Gold Kiwi
are in stock.
Mangos: Market is stronger and 8ct are in stock.
Melons: Organic Cantaloupe melons are stronger. New crop Hermiston organic cantaloupe is
weaker. Organic honeydew are stronger, 6ct available. Black Seedless Watermelons are steady.
Market is stronger on Mini Seedless melons, 6 and 11 count in stock.
Oranges: Market is steady on 10/4# bags of Valencia Oranges. New Crop 56, 88, and 113 count

Avocados: Organic 48ct and 60ct are very strong. Organic 32ct avocados are also stronger this
week. 12/2# bags in stock this week.
Beets: Figure to remain steady on gold and red bunch.
Broccoli: Broccoli will be steady this week with local available and some deals available. Baby
broccoli will remain steady.
Cabbage: Green is down a little and Red is tight but steady. Bok Choy will be steady this week.
Carrots: Peeled carrots and Cello carrots are steady from Northwest. Bunch carrots market is up
a little.
Cauliflower: Organic Cauliflower market will be steady this week.
Celery: Celery market will be steady and cheap this week.
Cucumber: Cucumbers market will remail steady this week.
Greens: Green, Rainbow, and Red Chard markets are steady from the Northwest. Green and Red
Kale remain steady from the Northwest. Leeks from Ralph’s are now available.
Herbs: Cilantro is steady with Nortwest product in stock. Curly and Italian Parsley will remain
steady.
Lettuce: Green and Red Leaf lettuce will be stronger from Cal-Organic. Romain lettuce from
Cal-Organic will be up. Iceburg lettuce will be steady. Living Butter is steady from Hollandia.
Mushrooms: Steady on package and bulk brown and white mushrooms. And a steady market on
Portabella and Shiitake Mushrooms.

Peppers: Organic Orange and Yellow Bell Peppers will be steady this week from Canada/Holland.
Organic Green Bell Peppers coming in from Oregon this week. Organic Red Peppers from Canada
and Holland will be steady.
Potatoes: Organic Yukon Gold A Potatoes and 16/3# bags will be steady from the NW. Red A potatoes and 16/3# bags will be steady from NW. Organic Russet Potatoes from the NW and 16/3#
bags will be steady next week. All are in stock and available.
Squash: Zucchini squash is very tight and NW is gapping. Yellow squash will be very strong this
