POISON SPYDER CUSTOMS LOGO TERMS OF USE
The Poison Spyder Customs logo
artwork (”Logos”) contained on this
page is provided with the following
Terms of Use:
1.
The Logos are authorized for use by
authorized Poison Spyder dealers and
business partners, as well as clubs and
organizations or events in which Poison
Spyder participates. all other users must
obtain written permission prior to using
the Logos.
2.
Use of the Logos are permitted ONLY for
positive portrayals of Poison Spyder
Customs, Inc., our brands, products,
participating events or other endeavors.
3.
The Logos may not be altered in any way
(including alternative colors, fonts,
skewing or stretching, additions,
deletions or changes to the line art, etc.),
other than re-sizing to fit your layouts.
Any re-sizing must maintain the original
height:width ratio. If any other variations
to the Logo are desired, other than those
provided here, contact Poison Spyder to
approve and provide an altered Logo.
4.
The Logos may not be used to promote
other products or businesses, other than
authorized Poison Spyder Dealers and
their efforts to promote Poison Spyder
products. The Logos may not be used in
any way which inadvertently promotes a
competitor’s product even when used by
an authorized Poison Spyder Dealer.
5.
Use of the Logos is subject to all terms of
the Poison Spyder Dealer Agreement.
The Logos may not be used in a way that
violates any term(s) of the Dealer
Agreement, including advertising which
violates our MAP pricing policies.
6.
All uses of the Logos are subject to
random review at our discretion, and
license to use the Logos in any specific
usage may be revoked at any time, at
which time the Logo must be removed
from use or altered according to Poison
Spyder’s instructions.
7.
Use of the Logos in any way signifies
your agreement to abide by these Terms
of Use.
