Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Law, you are hereby requested to
make available for inspection the following public records:

president’s office.

Smith or Rob Watts from Jan 1, 2012 to June 30, 2012.
7) All communications from Hank Huckaby, Steve Wrigley, John
Fuchko, or John Brown to Hank Huckaby, Steve Wrigley, John
Fuchko, or John Brown from Jan 1, 2012 to June 30, 2012.
8) All communications from Mark Gerspacher or John Fuchko to

Ron Carruth, Bryan Keith Chapman, or Sheletha Champion to

10) All communications from Usha Ramachandran, Rob Watts,
John Brown, John Fuchko, or Ron Carruth to Usha

11) All communications from Kwabena Boakye or John Fuchko to
Kwabena Boakye or John Fuchko from December 1, 2010 to
June 30, 2012.
12) All communications from Anthony Tricoli or Burns Newsome
to Anthony Tricoli or Burns Newsome from April 1, 2012 to
May 31, 2012.
13) All communications from Dr. Anthony Tricoli or John Fuchko
to Dr. Anthony Tricoli or John Fuchko from June 1, 2012 to
June 30, 2012.
14) All communications or meeting minutes from the Presidents’
Meeting on Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at the BOR office in
room 5158.
15) The PowerPoint presentation showed by Mark Gerspacher to
the most recent Strategic Budget Planning Committee.
As used in this request, the term “communications” shall mean any
written letters, notes, memos, affidavits, recorded conversations,
voicemails, or emails. In addition, any email that is copied to any person
(CC or BCC) is considered to be the same as sending to that person for
the purpose of this open records request.
If this request is denied in whole or in part, you are required by
O.C.G.A. 50-18-72(h) to cite in writing the specific statutory exemption
upon which you have relied, as required by law. We also ask that you
release all separate portions of otherwise exempt material.
Please waive any costs associated with this request, or first inform us
about such costs as required by Georgia law.
