The SPACEGATE Standard Roof Access Hatch is an industrial/
commercial rated metal hatch with dual gas struts, available in a full
range of sizes in either plain zincalume or powder coated finish, can
be incorporated with the SKYCLIMB Ladder system. The roof hatch
incorporates a sliding lid mechanism providing a generous, clear
opening for ease of access.
Applications
• Ideal access to roof level on multi-level buildings
• Controlled access to roof areas for access to plant and equipment
• Provides authorized access with locking facility
• Available to suit tile, corrugated or metal deck, or concrete roofs

PRODUCT WARRANTY
5 year from date of purchase subject to correct installation, use and maintenance in accordance
with manufacturer’s specifications and
recommendations.
INSPECTION & MAINTENANCE
Visual inspection for any damage or loose fixings
must be done periodically and prior to use. No
certified maintenance is required. Basic wear and
tear preventative maintenance is recommended.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Failure to supply and/or install proprietary
product in accordance with above standards and
codes, specifications and instructions voids
complete system certification and/or warranty.
