WHAT IS NORDIC WALKING?
A complete sport that anyone can practise:
Nordic walking was created in Finland. As a training method used by cross-country skiing competitors
to keep them fit during the summer, it really took off in Northern Europe in the 90s and is now developing in Southern Europe. There are over 7 million people practising the sport worldwide.
The principle:
By accentuating the natural pendulum movement of the arms while walking, aided by two special poles,
the whole body is brought into action.

THE IMPORTANCE OF CARBON:
One-piece or telescopic, depending on the model, the pole is made of either fibreglass, aluminium or carbon.
The higher the percentage of carbon, the lighter and more rigid the pole is and the less it vibrates.
