Chaotic Wrestling has designed a no-cost/low-cost way for you to enjoy a family
friendly event (appropriate for all ages) that can be customized for your organization.
We invite you to create your own “Super Show” with us to showcase for your
organization. When you choose a Chaotic Wrestling Super Show, you’ll become part of
one of the area’s most fun and exciting live events. We do all the work and you earn
money for your organization.

What does Chaotic Wrestling do for us?
Chaotic Wrestling will provide everything you need for your Super Show! We
bring the ring, lights, sound, wrestlers, and announcers. We will also provide
tickets, posters and marketing materials for your event. Additionally, we will
work with you to design additional programs and ad books if you want. Finally,
for large events, we will assist in procuring television, radio and online
advertising as well as sponsors for the event.
What do we have to do for the Event?
Your responsibilities fall into two areas: location & sales.
For the location, we will ask you to assist us in finding a suitable venue for the
event. Because you will have closer ties within your community, you may have
better contacts at a local gym, hall, or venue. Additionally, because of the
fundraising aspect of the event, your involvement will allow us to keep costs
lower.
For sales, your organization’s potential is unlimited! Because you are closely
connected to the organization, community, and members – you can ask them all
to sell tickets, distribute posters and assist in the marketing of the show.
What if we have questions or need help?
We will be partners from beginning to end on your Super Show. One of the
Chaotic Management team members will work with you throughout the process.
We will provide you with a FUNDRAISING GUIDE that will outline additional ways
you can market the show as well as generate more money on the night of the
show. Our wrestlers will be available for appearances, promotions or marketing
efforts. We want your Super Show to be a success and will work hard to make
that happen!
How much does it cost?
We have a number of different packages depending on your organization, timing,
venue, and more. We will work to customize everything in order to meet your
needs.
Will the show be appropriate for all ages?
Yes! Chaotic Wrestling prides itself on being the only, true, family-friendly
wrestling company in New England. Our shows mix lots of action with fun
characters, interviews and entertainment for everyone. Chaotic Wrestling has a
full roster of trained professionals with whom we work on a regular basis. They
know and understand the standards that are set by the company. Additionally,
the company is fully incorporated and insured for all live events.
Who will be on the show? Can we be involved?
The core roster of your Super Show will be the stars of Chaotic Wrestling.
However, if you would like a nationally known wrestling star or personality, we
can arrange that, as well. Chaotic Wrestling has a long history of working with a
number of well-known stars from the industry.
We also encourage involvement from your organization! While we can’t let
anyone wrestle (for insurance reasons) we have had Principals as referees, High
School Quarterbacks as managers and kids as guest Ring Announcers. If you can
find someone in your organization to be part of the Super Show – we will make
sure it is safe and FUN for everyone!
How much will we make?
How much your Super Show makes will depend on a number of factors, from
venue size, to ticket prices, to sponsors, to how many outside stars you would
like to have. Our goal is always to help you generate at least $3,000 per show
but returns can be more than $5,000 or even close to $10,000 for larger groups!
How soon can we do a fundraiser?
We recommend at least 8 weeks of “lead time” for your Super Show, once venue
and budget are determined. That gives us all plenty of time to get tickets and
marketing materials produced, confirm talent and begin promoting the show.
