The 5G fold down technology is developed and patented by
the renowned company Välinge of Sweden, securing high
quality solutions when using BOEN X-press.
Because the boards are angle engaged on the long sides,
with vertical folding comprising a flexible tongue on the
short sides, the system offers considerable advantages over
traditional installation methods.
When installing with BOEN X-press, the short end of the
boards are connected vertically instead of at an angle. This
speeds up installation and allows the board to be placed
with a “single action” method. And with more flexibility in
the joints, and the fact that it remains “unlocked” until the
next line of boards is engaged, any adjustment of the last
row installed no longer requires boards to be removed.
1 BOEN X-press. The inserted flexible tongue is the key element in
the fold down locking system. When pressing down the board,
the tongue will lock and make the “single action” movement
possible.
2 On the long side of the board, BOEN will continue using the
regular BOEN Clic system.

Den nye låsemekanismen på kortenden av bordene har vi
gitt navnet BOEN X-press. Det er et 5G låsesystem som er
utviklet og patentert av Välinge i Sverige. Dette er den mest
moderne “press ned” teknologi som finnes på markedet i
dag.
Med BOEN X-press monteres kortendene vertikalt i stedet
for i vinkel, noe som gjør installasjonen både raskere og mer
fleksibel. Ved hjelp av en fleksibel fjær som er satt inn i kortenden på bordet, kan BOENs lamellparkett installeres med
enkle håndbevegelser. Gulvleggeren får umiddelbar respons
på perfekte endeskjøter når klikkelyden inntreffer.
Eventuelle justeringer i siste rad blir mye enklere når man
kan presse ned bordene og forbindelsen ikke er «låst» før
neste rad kommer på plass. Systemet er også lett å legge
rundt ovner og dørkarmer.
1 BOEN X-press. Den fleksible fjæren er viktig i den nye BOEN
X-press låsemekanismen. Ved å trykke ned bordet, vil fjæren gi
etter og “låse” bordene sammen.
