Excavator Buckets - General Purpose
• Improved productivity from innovative design profile giving more efficient digging,
better soil retention and clean release of material
• Rear profile and torsion box has been redesigned which provides 100% fill factor
and reduced drag
• Hardox 400 toeplate
• Buckets shift up to 12% more material per litre of fuel when compared to old
JCB buckets making a standard work cycle more cost efffective to the end user
• JCB ‘CAT’ style teeth and adaptors with horizontal pin locking
• The pivot position has been lowered which retains a higher percentage tear out
force than previous and competitor’s buckets

For machines without an additional hydraulic function (low flow hydraulics, double acting auxiliary etc.)
an additional HECU may be required.
If the machine is being upgraded with any of the above functions the same HECU is required. Only one
HECU is required for any combination of the Hitch installation, low flow, hammer pipe work or double
acting auxiliary etc. HECU kit part number 333/A5550.
