The Kingfisher Resort rests in the heart of a Rural Residential
Zoned Neighborhood. The tan colored lots all represent zoning of
this type. What type of surrounding zoning do other hotels on
Vancouver Island have? Is allowing the Kingfisher Resort to
rezone and expand in such an area have any precedent? Answers to

Even though TripAdvisor rates the Coast Bastion Inn as the
largest hotel north of Victoria on Vancouver Island - the
Kingfisher will be larger.
