Advertisement Artwork
Submission:
For best results please send all new advertisment with the
following technical specifications:
Digital files only in the following formats: PDF, EPS, JPEG.
• Do not submit native application files such as Quark,
Corel Draw, Illustrator, etc.
• Illustrator EPS files are accepted if fonts are outlined and
all images are embedded at 300 dpi,100%.
• Files should be 300 dpi, 1:1 scale.
• All colors must be separated into CMYK values, (no RGB
or Pantone colors).
• All fonts and images embedded.
• Any placed images should be 100%, 300 dpi and CMYK.
• Bleed for all Full Pages, Double Page Spreads and Premier Positions is 5 mm on each side. Place all text and
important information 5 mm away from edge (trim size.)
• Infodent will be printed on a 95.2% scale so ads will be
printed smaller than the requested size, make sure all text
and logos are visible for printing with this reduction.
• Off-spec ads may be rejected and new materials
requested in time to meet print schedule.
• When designing the ad, we strongly recommend to
synchronize color settings in all applications for consistent
color. Also, make sure that the final pdf file complies with
the “Adobe PDF Settings” sent when material is requested.
• To ensure that the color of your ad is printed correctly
please send a Color Proof (Full-color test print) with profile
