Vasse Felix chef Aaron Carr is joined by Jed Gerrard (Wildflower in Perth) and pop-up curator and
forager Paul Iskov to create a menu focusing on the simplicity and flavour of Western Australia’s
exceptional produce, accompanied by some of Vasse Felix’s finest wine.

lawns nestled within a peppermint forest, where its beauty enhances as sweeping twilight fades softly into starlight and
candlelight sets the table for an exquisite dinner prepared by
innovative and relentlessly creative Basque chef Andoni Luis
Aduriz of Mugaritz, Spain (No. 7 in the World’s 50 Best
Restaurants), who combines ground-breaking techniques with a
unique connection to nature.
He cooks alongside British-born, Margaret River based chef
George Cooper whose ethos and enthusiasm also focuses on the
freshest, local, in season ingredients from the South West.
