EMA is characterized by the continuous use of the
warehouse forklift truck for lorry loading to avoid
any breaks in the loading process.
The 180° articulation of the front section and the
reversal of the rear wheel drive system means that
1200 mm pallets can be handled in aisles of less
than 2.20 metres.
The large size of the wheels allows use without any
risk of impact on the floor.
The front articulation of the chassis allows pallets to be placed
accurately when unloaded from the truck.

Optimize the loading rate of your equipment
The truck is economical and precise, fitted with a multi-function
control unit. This equipment is a pure product of Toyota technology, capable of setting functions such as translation, lifting,
mast tilting speeds.
The multi-function control unit also optimizes the amount of
battery energy used by ensuring low consumption. Side output
battery exchanging minimizes down times between shifts.

An adapted driving area
A logical process to design in the comfort and ergonomics was applied to the driving position so that the operator benefits from
ideal safety conditions.
The positions of the controls, the diameter of the steering wheel, the adjustment of the seat and the steering column, have been
designed to minimize stress and tensions, to provide optimum concentration through to the end of the day.

The versatility of this truck also contributes enormously to safety: it means that the operator does not have to change equipment when moving in and out of the warehouse.
Precision is essential, in particular for handling at height. That is why EMA comes with a standard integrated sideshift that allows
the tilting of the mast up to 7 metres. For masts higher than 7 metres, EMA has a tilting carriage with an integral sideshift to
provide total control of the fork.
